Description

Inizio’s all East African Arabica blend is a reflection of that. Flickers of floral aromas, a hallmark of Ethiopian coffees, accent the warming toasted cereal note. We blended both naturally processed and washed Ethiopian Arabicas to bring a rich complexity to the cup. The washed Kenyan Arabica brings a touch of acidity, and giving it a slightly longer, darker roast adds a bit of body. We give the Ethiopian coffee beans a lighter, shorter roast to keep the florals intact.

If you like your coffee jet black (angry) then this is a good coffee, sans milk or creme. It has a "wine-ee" after-glow, but without the corresponding speed-like rush. The buzz is there, but its subtle. If, however, you're like me, and prefer a good dose of half-n-half mixed in with your jolt, then you're going to LOVE this coffee, because its a great coffee with creme. Lotso foam and very rich. I never was a big espresso drinker, but this was a great starting point. The flavors were great, it's so easy to use, and decently quick. The clean up is basically non-existent. It makes a nice clean cup that is very enjoyable to drink. It smells nice and is smooth to drink. I'd say this is worth the buy if you're a coffee enjoyer. It definitely didn't leave me disappointed. You don't need a 5 thousand dollar espresso machine or random coffee shop to enjoy a decent cup of coffee ... show more
