Got mine today. This will be part of my (pipe band) uniform, and as such needs to be "standard." It matches our existing ties, and isn't "satin finish." Ease of use will be excellent, but it is kinda lightweight so durability is a guess at this point. And if you're using a tie pin (we are) make sure you set it right the first time. I pulled a bit of white backing through when I re-centered the pin. Regardless, I'm recommending this to all my bandmates. We currently use clip ons (again, so they're "standardized") but about half of us have a problem with them flipping up the shirt collar. That won't be a problem here.

Actually looks quite good and convincing for a server job. Sometimes the little tassel string you pull doesn't have a very good place to go, but since I wear a vest over the tie, it's not noticeable anyway. I was never very good at tying ties

I wear this tie daily at work and it matches my uniform tie that was much more expensive. Also that one was a zipper tie and fell apart after a few months. This one has been working great for almost two months now and it looks great. The squeeze function of this zip tie seems like it will last longer than most other zip ties that I have owned in the past that eventually stop working. Definitely recommend this tie especially for the price. I already ordered a backup one to have in case I can’t get one again. I may even order another one!

I'm in the honor guard at the vfw and it works fine for doing the funeral services. Only thing I don't like is the sting doesn't like to stay behind the tie maybe if there was a loop or two on back of the tie to keep the string hidden
