"Waterman" a name given to a person who works or spends his life on, in or around the water. We couldn't think of a better name for our new 7mm John and Jacket combination. From it's diamond plate knee pads to the trident waterman logo, this suit is all business. Designed to be used and abused and the best part it's an incredible value, so replacing a suit a few times a season will not eat the profits of long day on the water. Available in 7mm only. Johns and Jacket sold separately.

I water ski twice a week. This suit is nice for cold weather use. It's thick (7mm) and reasonably easy to put on. The neoprene and stitching look and feel like they're quality materials. The flat lock stitching is nice. The groin area of this suit is correctly cut/designed which makes the suit comfortable to wear and move around in. i ended up buying both the jacket and waterman bottom from leisurepro and i am definitely not disappointed , the top wouldn't close and zip over the bottom {both were large and i am a very fit individual so the issue wasn't my girth} but leisure pro was very helpful and exchanged the large top for a xl top and paid for the shipping cost for exchange , i recommend you get xl top and large bottom or whatever your size is go 1 up for the jacket- that being said the suit seems more than adequate for cold waters like here in ca where the water reaches 40 and lower where hypothermia is a concern- the kneepads are cheap and will not provide much protection but buying pads or a rubber buffer would be simple enough, the stitching looks solid and all around id say im very pleased for what i spent i recommend to anyone looking for great value and a bang for there buck ... show more

I got these for highbanking and dredging for gold. I got XXL because i found a lot of stuff run's small. At first i thought i screwd up by getting them to big but they work AWESOME!!! Here in Arizona the water runs mostly in winter,run off from mountains and it's cold water. I havent been cold in these yet,wish they had zippers on ankles but oh well just a little extra hard to get off, well worth the money so far! Haven't been conpletly underwater with them but i've been up to my chest! I'm 5'10 220 lbs. And like i said i went with XXL little loose in the mid section but i'll live with it! I used this while taking my dock out of a lake in the fall. The water was in the low 50's and it took me about three hours. The wetsuit kept me well insulated throughout. As the suit got wet it constricted and did a very good job of minimizing water flow. As a result I barely felt the water during the full three hours I was in the water. Money well spent. In years past when I have removed the dock when the water was ~10 degrees warmer. Even with the warmer water that amount of exposure was exceedingly uncomfortable. With this wetsuit I feel like I get a longer season for using my dock. ... show more

I'm 5"10 170 lbs and it fit well. It was easy to get on and off and it felt like I got the right size. However after one use I noticed these stress marks around the seems. Realistically though I am only using this a few times a year and I feel it would hold up.

Loved this suit. I was canoeing in 30-50 degree weather for a few days and this suit kept me alive. I was terrified thinking about stripping down in the cold morning and putting the suit back on after a day on the water, nothing drys in a 25 degree night. Love the wetsuit itself. Fit good but in just too short for my body size so had a little extra room from being too long. Kept me warm in cold water. Until i was bit by a shark in the knee.
