I don’t use much butane, but I do have several torch lighters and a kitchen torch. This fuel works great and has a practical cap with multiple tips for specialty fittings on those tricky lighters and other items. I especially appreciate the metal dispensing tip—it’s a big upgrade from other brands. Since I don’t use a lot, I only bought the two-pack, but for heavier users, the six- and twelve-packs offer amazing value per ounce—a true volume discount. The smell during refueling is minimal and fades quickly. Overall, it’s a fantastic product, especially when purchased in bulk.

Works great on my lighter. I especially appreciate the crown of nozzles included under the cap in addition to the cap snap offs. Easier to use as one piece like that.

The NEON Premium Butane Fuel for refilling is a high quality butane that burns very clean and proved to be much better than butane refills I've purchased at local markets. I had an issue that turned out to be no fault of NEON and their Customer Service was very helpful and prompt with correspondence using the Amazon seller contact portal. I highly recommend the use of NEON brand butane refills over many lesser quality butane refills that may appear to be available for a slightly lower price. The cleaner burning NEON butane gas is certainly worth any small difference in pricing that may appear to be a bargain. That's especially comforting when being used for direct contact cooking of fine cuisine or use on desserts such as caramelizing toppings on creme brulee or baked alaska. Steps that may help with refilling lighters or torches: 1. Bleed the lighter fully before refilling to remove any trapped air. 2. Select the most snug-fitting adaptor and ensure it is pressed straight and firmly into the valve (there are 5 adapters in the cap, you can use a knife to remove it). 3. Refill in short bursts of 2–3 seconds, rather than one long fill. 4. After filling, let the lighter rest upright for 2–3 minutes before ignition.
