Description

When you’re on the trail, sleep isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity. Getting the most from your experience in the mountains requires enough rest to be fully present, and few things are more essential for a night of rejuvenating sleep than a good pad. Built on our iconic proprietary Spaceframe baffle construction, Tensor offers quiet, supportive comfort in an ultralight package. The internal architecture provides unparalleled stability and weight distribution, using low-stretch die-cut trusses to eliminate springiness while protecting elbows and hips from poking through to the ground. A new internal layer of ultra-thin film reduces convection currents and adds R-value. Insulated versions utilize multiple layers of suspended Thermal Mirror metallized film, resulting in a lighter, remarkably quiet sleeping pad compared to the competition. Tensor now features 100% bluesign certified, recycled 20D polyester fabrics. It comes with our Vortex pump sack which mates with our custom Laylow zero-profile valve for easy inflation and personalized comfort. If having your best adventure depends on good sleep, Tensor has the perfect formula.

  • Great add to my ultra light setup
Style: Insulated / Regular Wide (25x72)
I do like this pad for a number of reasons; 1st is the weight i saved about a half pound moving to this pad. 2nd is the R-value this did not change from my prior pad but still a plus. 3rd is the width of the pad I have gained about 4 inch of room over my old pad. 4th is the bag that is used to blow up the pad my last pad did not have this option Neutral thoughts; The sound when you move around on the pad. this pad is much nosier then my last pad but not as noise as the Threm-a-rest NeoAir X-Lite (maybe a half bag of chips). Negative thoughts; I feel that I have to baby this pad and the cost is over $100 for a blow up pad that will most likely get a hole in it. My last pad was a Therm-a-rest Trail Scout (woman's version) ... show more

  • Amazing!!! Warm, light, and very comfortable.
Style: Insulated / Regular Wide (25x72)
I love this pad. Splurged on this and I’m so happy I did. Light, packs up small, and SO WARM at night. Took this on a spring camping trip in Northern CA with my 32 degree down sleeping bag and was toasty warm. My brother needed a couple extra layers and I was just in my base layers. It’s also really comfortable, even for a side sleeper. As a bonus, the blow up bag tool works great, and it is even easy to fit back in the carry bag (though, for full transparency, I am def not an ultralight backpacker). I am in love. Buy it, you won’t regret it! ... show more

  • The Best
Style: Insulated / Regular Wide (25x72)
Sent the others back. This is the one. Much quieter than the rest. Inflates and deflates with ease.

  • Very comfortable
Style: Insulated / Regular Wide (25x72)
I took it on a 12 day trip to Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico. I've bought several inexpensive sleeping mats over the past few years and decided to splurge a little this time. I should have gone for a more tapered version toa fit the toe box of my quilt, but I loved sleeping on this pad regardless. It was worth every penny. ... show more

  • Best sleeping pad I’ve ever used!
Style: Insulated / Regular Wide (25x72)
This pad was so comfortable and kept me warm through the night. Other pads I’ve used just don’t hold up to the comfort level of the tensor. What a great product!

  • very comfortable, light weight, and compact
Style: Insulated / Regular Wide (25x72)
more comfortable than my old Thermorest self inflating mats. for me this proved to be a worthwhile investment. first used on a 5 Day BWCAW trip.

  • 2022 Model Not Up to Standards
Style: Insulated / Regular Wide (25x72)
The reviews that you read about where the 2022 Tensors leak are true. I have had great luck with previous models, but this one failed on night two of a through hike.
