I LOVE how easy this mop is to use. I LOVE not having to hurt my back with any tough scrubbing. I’m not totally enamored with the price point, but the trade off is I literally walk behind this mop while it does the cleaning for me. A WetJet and a 380t Robot Mop. The main difference between the WOW Mop and WetJet is how much effort it takes: none vs. total manual labor. If you have a bad back, splurge on the WOW Mop! As for the 360t, I love the dry sweep, but HATE the mop function. Unboxing: The Nellie’s WOW Mop comes in a fairly small box (13.375 in. x 15.375 in. x 4.625 in.). The mop is disassembled, but it takes less than 20 seconds to snap the handle together. Mine came partially charged, so I was able to verify that it indeed turned on. However, like all electronics, the manufacturer recommends you give it a full charge before operation. First Use: Oh my word!! I was so enamored when I first started it up, that I ended up cleaning the whole downstairs without even noticing. This mop is crazy fun. Weird to say that about a mop, but it is actually FUN! I had just mopped my floors two days prior, so there wasn’t a lot to clean, but I was impressed how much this mop picked up. Battery Life: I’ve managed to mop my whole house without needing a charge between floors. I hadn’t actually run out of battery mopping my house, so ran it down from a full battery. I stopped it after an hour because I was well past the listed time and I frankly needed some quiet. It should be noted that all three indicator lights were still lit after a full hour. Gunk Test: I put loads of crap all over my floor. Everything mopped up! YAY! Okay, now when I say I tested a lot of gunk, I mean I put a ton of stuff all over my floors, left it to get nice and sticky, didn’t soak up any liquid, then ran the WOW Mop over the whole thing. All for science! Really, no prior pick up or vacuuming. No changing of the mop pad half way through. I ran it until the floor was clean. I did change to a new set of pads after cleaning up everything to see how much I’d left behind. Truthfully: not much. Mostly I missed a spray of coffee grounds (again, the manual says vacuum loose particles first…). This took me about 12 minutes to get down the two lines without changing the mop pads. I believe it would have taken me 3x as long with the WetJet, and I probably would have changed pads every 4 messes. The 360twould have just nudged it all around without cleaning anything. The second pass took less than 4 minutes. I think I actually spent more time making the messes than cleaning them up, which is fantastic. Pros: - Ease of use: practically no effort; just walk around - Oscillation: does all the scrubbing work for you - Refillable: use any solution you want - Low / No ongoing costs: you’re only paying for charging power and cleaning solution. Eventually you’ll need to replace the pads, but they’re only $20 - Auto-off: pop the handle in the upright position and the machine turns off - Self-standing: GREAT for when you need to wrassle furniture out of the way - Easy to assemble - Easy to read charge lights: can see in both dark and light rooms with no trouble; clearly indicates when charging and when full Cons: - Expensive start-up cost (but you’re paying for a mop you just walk behind…it does all the work!) - Charge port: the placement of the charge port is awkward. You have to dig out a rubber cap from the front of the machine. The rubber cover is to protect it from liquids because it is in front…where the sprayer is. I've tried every kind of floor-cleaning system imaginable...really trying to get as close as possible to someone else doing it for me. I HATE mopping, and with kids and dogs and being a sloppy cook, it's just never ending. So, since I can't afford to hire help, I rationalized dropping what seemed like a ridiculous amount of money on this thing. In my life, it's worth about three times as much (assuming it lasts). It's a dream to use. Easy-peasy, fast and simple. It's lightweight, it gets stuck-on stuff off my floor easily, it rounds corners nicely, and I love that I can use whatever cleaner I want instead of having to use the nasty Swiffer chemicals. And it's quieter than a vacuum. I did my mid-sized kitchen, the kitchen landing and two flight of stairs in fifteen minutes, with no wringing or rinsing or foot-shuffling. Honestly. I won't dread mopping as long as I have this. I actually kinda look forward to it! I do wish I could turn off the headlamps, because on my floor they actually make it a little harder to see, but it's a very small price to pay for the impact on my life.

I never thought I'd get any enjoyment out of mopping my floors, but I love using this mop! First of all, the mop is super light so it's very easy to push and pull along the floor. It holds a charge for a really long time, and is very easy to fill with cleaner. We use diluted Nellie's Floor Care in our mop and it gives our floors a great shine! I really like that it doesn't leave much water behind so it dries very fast and doesn't leave any residue. We use it to clean our tile floors throughout our whole house and it works great!

These mops are awesome …. when they work. Our first one lasted a few years. The last two I’ve purchased stopped working shortly after put into use. I thought we just had a lemon so I bought another, thinking it was a fluke. However, like the other reviewers, we got another one that works only when it wants to, which isn’t often. Now we’re looking for something else for our hardwood floors.

I bought this primarily because I wanted a mop that was easy to used, and would allow me to use scent-free cleaning solutions. I used it for the first time today, cleaning both bathroom floors, as well as the kitchen floor. The floors are spotless, and, as other reviewers have said, this mop basically runs itself, a real benefit for my arththrtic joints. I agree that the price point is high, and I certainly hope it holds up, but my initial experience is 100% positive.

I LOVE my Nellie's WOW Mop. It is seriously one of the best investments I had made. I saw it being used on a popular TV shopping channel and thought I needed to have it. The ease of this mop is fantastic. It is super easy to assemble right out of the box and is even easier to use. I have hardwood floors throughout my house and I can't imagine using any other mop to mop my floors. I love it so much I recommend it to everyone. I also highly recommend the cleaning solution that Nellie makes as well. The microfiber pads are super easy to wash and come out clean all the time. 10 out 10 for sure!!

EDITTED-and downgraded June 2020. My floors are porcelain tile, some smooth surface but mostly a simulated plank wood porcelain tile that has a prominent grain to it. I had no idea how challenging they would be to clean. In my prior home I used a simple steam cleaner on my smooth surface tile floors, but it does not work well on these floors due to the grain/grooves. I tried using my Shark vac with the smooth floor attachment and wet pads but injured my arm. So I bought Nellie despite high price and relative newness of the product. I also got a bottle of concentrated no-rinse cleaner (mixed with distilled water). PRO: Nellie is so QUIET for a motorized unit. The wand is sturdy and attaches to the base making a firm but highly maneuverable connection. I can get under the furniture with ease. It glides easily even when working against the tile grain. The pads are slightly oversized and this helps to prevent damage to floorboards. The fluid sprays out in a nice fan pattern to cover the full width of the head. I like that it automatically turns off when the wand is stood upright. With little effort, and one charge, I had cleaned all the tile floors and kitchen, anti fatigue mats within 30 minutes and one charge. I washed the pads by hand and also in the washing machine. I think unit would be excellent choice for mobility challenged people. CONS: I have learned that the NELLIE PADS JUST APPEAR TO MOVE THE DIRTY SOLUTION AROUND WITHOUT ABSORBING IT. So I tried using the pads from my Shark instead of the Nellie pads and you can see from the photos how much more effective they are. They do not glide as nicely as the Nellie pads but thats because the Nellie pads are highly synthetic and don't absorb much. The blue side scrubs okay but doesn't absorb! PHOTOS: The photo showing the 2 kinds of pads was taken after I did my foyer and patio entrance with the Nellie pads followed by the Shark pads. The dirt on the Shark pads was everything that WAS NOT absorbed by the Nellie pads. The second photo is the garage entrance through our laundry room which gets the vast majority of traffic. I also have found that if I pre-dampen the floor with plain water from a spray bottle it helps a lot and I use less solution. Today the charging light stopped working, so I don't know if that means its not charging or what. I remain concerned about the reliability so I will update this review if things change in that regard. I still recommend this device, but I think that for the money, they ought to provide pads that actually absorb the dirty floor solution.

I do wish the mop didn't cost what it costs, as that almost kept me from buying it. But the promise of its ease-of-use and the fact that it was cordless made me decide to give it a try. It was pretty easy to assemble. Using it took a little bit to understand, as I think it's a little silly that it turns on when you tilt the handle, but the power button is what makes it oscillalate. One would think the power button is what would turn the power on. The location of the buttons for power and spray is also not ideal, and I found myself spraying when I didn't want to, or turning the oscillation on and off randomly when I would pick it up by the handle to move. The instructions are not very clear on whether you were supposed to dilute the cleaner or not. It's almost like it leaves it up to you, that it can be diluted if you want. Well, some guidance on why I might or might not would be helpful. I decided to dilute it a bit. There's also no indicator to tell you if you are putting too much in, and yet it says not to overfill it. Kind of hard to do if you don't know until it pours out. The first time I mop the floor, the floor got very streaky and sticky. I was initially going to rate it very badly and return it, and then I read a review from someone who said that they wet the pads before mopping and decided to try that. So I went both of the pads and ringed them out, then put them back on the machine. That worked much better! The streaking seems to have happened because the pads were half wet and half dry. When they start out damp, it helps clean the floor much easier. When I moved something off the floor to mop I realized that berry juice had dripped and dried on the hardwood. I was very impressed that the mop pulled that up with one pass over it, and no struggling to scrub it out. I've only used the mop a few times in the two months I have owned it, so I don't know how it will work long-term. Some reviews to mention it not lasting, so we'll see what happens and I will edit my review if that occurs. one thing I don't like is that it does have a very large footprint for storage, and there is no way to hang it to get it up off the floor. So you have the wet bottom of the mop sitting in my case on the rug. I decided to buy a silicone pet food mat to put underneath it so that the floor would not get damaged, especially if it accidentally sprayed. Right now I think it's a pretty good mop. I am on oxygen and cannot overexert myself to be scrubbing the floor with a regular mop, so this is very helpful for me to be able to mop on my own without needing help.
