I'm not sure if it's the design of the Velcro or the fact that I have small feet, but it just doesn’t stay secure around my feet and ankle. Unfortunately, that’s the main reason I wanted one of this. I have the full leg version, and the Velcro on that one goes all the way around, so you can adjust it as tight or loose as you want. I wanted just the foot and calf version for the convenience of putting it on and taking it off without going all the way up to the hips. However, on this one, the Velcro area around the foot and ankle is very small, so to get it tight enough to actually work, only a small sliver of Velcro is used, which results in the velcro popping off when the air inflates. I'd send it back and get a different version, but I guess since I already opened it I can't send it back.

The product seems to work well, but the website to get your warranty apparently has malicious malware on it. When I went there, first by scanning the card that arrived in my package promising a great warranty, I was warned by my iPhone it was a dangerous site and could gather my passwords and alter my information. I then tried going directly to their website but I received the same warning. So, I guess I can’t get product support or use a warranty if this breaks. Why would Amazon sell such a product?
