Had these pillows for over a month now and they are great to have and sleep in any position. I haven’t had the need to wash them yet, they didn’t have a smell upon arrival and I did let them come to shape for about 2 days before using them. I like that they don’t go flat completely, they’ve held their shape despite how much we use them for different sleeping positions. they are true medium but not too firm which I like. The softness is ok, I thought I was going to feel like a Jersey cotton type of softness but it feels more close to a microfiber suede type of softness. My husband prefers his old pillow (very squishy soft) to rest his head on but still uses these to add comfort between his legs. This isn’t about his review though lol, it’s mine and I like these pillows rather than the squishy pillows. Some nights if he isn’t using one of the pillows I have both pillows positioned to my comfort, being 28 weeks pregnant- comfort is essential and if I could, I would purchase another set of these so that I can place one on my back and the other one under my belly.

When they arrived they was in a vacuum seal bags so in the instructions its says to allow 48 to 72 hrs for them to reach fully expand .. now it does say you can use a dryer to fluff them up .. so when i unpack them they was plush not firm now after the full 72 hrs i can tell you they are not firm they are more like medium firm.. if u squeeze the pillow they do firm up more but just laying on them it feels to me like a medium firmness .. all in all for the price i think they might be worth it ... like a reviewer has said at this price u can buy another set in a years time and i think thats about right ...

My mother told me about these pillows a few years ago on my journey for a better pillow. All I'm going to say is in the last 5 years I haven't bought any other pillow but these. I buy new ones every year .... not because the pillows get flat or nothing... I just like changing certain thing yearly. Honestly after a year these pillows are still fluffy unlike the ones I use to get. I get a great night rest with these pillow... I absolutely love them!!! Only think is the king size don't fix my pillowcases snug, maybe they could he a bit longer! No stopping my yearly purchase tho!

NEIPOTA Pillows Queen Size Set of 2, Cooling Side Sleeper Pillow 20" x 30", Queen Pillows 2 Pack... After one night, I'm sold. I had a great night's sleep, and it was the first morning my neck hasn't hurt in a long time. I should have done this years ago. My fault. I've long used cheap pillows --- pick them up two for under $10 at the supermarket. They last usually six months or so, and I always fight with them. So, I decided to upgrade a bit, and I couldn't be happier. Oddly, they come compressed and tightly stuffed into a cloth container that I'll never again have use for. There seems to be a lot more packaging then really necessary. They advise letting them rest 24-48 hours to let them expand to normal size. I gave them 24 hours, and they were perfect. Although the pillows are "queen" sized, I use standard pillow covers and cases --- they fit snugly but perfectly without deforming the pillows. And I'm looking forward to going to bed again tonight!!

These pillows are da' bomb for the price. They are queens and are large and comfortable. I hate squishy soft pillows. These are great, medium thick, almost firm and soft pillows.
