This neck mount can be used with a Go Pro or your phone. It's very sturdy and has easy release buttons for both the mount and the neck section so it's very fast to get on and off. When on, the camera positioning is perfect for a POV shot and it's nicely in line to comfortably see the back screen so you can be sure what you are trying to show is in the frame. Comfort-wise this is a bit on the heavy side and there is not a lot of neck padding so it does get a little uncomfortable for extended use. I think I would consider adding a pad behind the back of the neck if I was going to try and record something much longer than 15 minutes, especially if using a heavier phone vs. a gopro. Overall I think this is a very simple but well-made device that will have a lot of applications for Vlogs or tutorials and I'm happy to have it in my recording arsenal!

This NEEWER Neck Mount includes a GoPro to 1/4 20 male adapter, a cellphone holder with a 1/4 20 female. So you get great flexibility with the neck mount, and accessories you an use on other photography gear. It also means you don't need an action camera to use. The Neck Mount itself seems functional. It's heavier than a chest mount to I see it as better suited to POV reviews and unboxing video, than hiking or any extended mobile use.

I own many Neewer photographic accessories and they are all of excellent quality and built to the standard that professional photographers need and require. This magnetic neck mount is no exception. It's designed for comfort, stability and ease of use - using Neewer's magnetic quick-lock system which I already own and use all the time with my new GoPro 12. I thought the camera might bounce around while walking and talking with it around my neck, but it doesn't. Because you can bend the neck-cable to conform to the curves of your neck and shoulders, it stays in place very well. It's made of some stiff yet flexible internal gooseneck material that bends easily and holds its shape securely once you let go. Of course if you jump up and down, that's another story. For its intended use, it works perfectly and because one side of the neck cable can be released by pushing a button on the back, you don't have to pull it down over your head. The other button releases the quick release mount.

With the standard action camera fittings, it was a snap to attach a phone or action camera to the neck support. The phone clamp was secure and seemed like it would hold the phone securely for moderate activity. The neck ring was comfortable to wear, and adjusted easily. This is a great accessory to add to your action camera tool bag.

The attachments are way too complicated. I purchased a similar one that’s magnetic and it’s sooo much easier. This one kept loosening and was frustrating.

This neck mount is great! It has an adjustable neck band, so you can position it to your preferences. The mounting brackets are also adjustable vertically and horizontally to get the angles you need. The material that goes around your neck is a soft touch material so it's actually pretty comfortable to wear. I had been looking for something like this to get solid POV shots for product unboxing or showcases and this works great. It's a very solid mount too. I can jump up and down and the phone stays in place. They thought to build in a release button so you don't have to slide this over your head, which is a nice touch.
