Have you ever picked up an item that was very well designed? Say the iPhone 4 or new Logitech MX Master mouse that was just... designed well? Well that's what this boom pole is. It is very apparent that the person or persons that designed this pole has used one or two of these a few times. 1. It is air cushioned. This means that after a long day of shooting photos you don't lower this and it comes down faster than the tower of babbel and destroy your expensive strobe or diffuser. 2. The end of this is nicely curved and rests nicely against your body without causing a bunch of aches and pains. 3. The end that you rest against your abdomen to hold the strobe rotates to increase or decrease the amount of air resistance that the cushion offers, a very thoughtful feature to give you control on how quickly gear comes down. 4. The knobs do a nice job of ensuring that the gear extends quickly and efficiently. All-in-All if you're looking for one of these boom poles this is definitely the one to grab!

I got this boom pole to use it with my Shure M7V when doing video taping. The boom pole extends pretty easy and can be secured using the screws on each of the segments. The cushion on the bottom part helps you grab the pole for extended time. The top screw also allows placing the microphone in different positions, allowing a better sound. Overall, this is a great option if you need a boom pole for your video accesories.

I got this boom pole for my DJI Osmo Pocket 3 and it's been great at capturing cinematic shots from above. I'm able to get video that looks like it's coming from a drone but it's just me using this pole with my camera's active tracking feature. The pole is air-cushioned, which is great when you're putting it away so that it doesn't damage your equipment. The price is right on and it's a great product for what you pay for. It's easy to transport and I really have no complaints about it.

I love having the option of using a telescoping boom pole for my on location photography. Whenever I have that extra person on site, there’s nothing more flexible than using a boom pole for strobes. You do not have to spend a lot of time setting up c-stands or other styles of light stands. You also don’t have to weigh them down with sand bags to prevent gust of winds blowing them over. This boom pole is made very well and reaches an amazing 7.9 feet. My old boom pole only extended to about five feet yet it was always more than enough, so the extra reach from this pole is just a bonus.

The media could not be loaded. This boom pole is great. It's got air cushioning which prevents you from jamming your fingers up or having some sort of wacky accident. Build quality is higher than I expected, quite honestly. The mounting points are solid and definitely capable of holding a flash or video light unit weighing a couple, if not several, kilograms. I was able to jerry-rig a lantern setup for an upcoming shoot. Unfortunately, I'm on a budget, but fortunately, this boom pole fit the budget. I highly recommend this piece of gear. Pros + Robust build quality + Air cushioning prevents accidents + Can be extended up to 240cm, which I find is more than enough for my needs + Affordable Cons - None really. Although, you will need an assistant to hold this up if you're the cam op, but c'mon, that's common sense. So, in short, zero cons, really.

Awesome quality, as usual with what I’ve found with this brand. Well-constructed with aluminum, including the fixtures but still lightweight overall. The foam grip gives plenty of solid but comfortable real estate to hold on to. Couldn’t ask for a better set up.
