This mattress was the right firmness and comfortable for about 2 months, then it just went downhill from there. We have had it for about 14 months now and it sinks in so much, that we are U-shaped in the morning. Side sleepers beware! I wanted to give a honest review on this mattress as all the reviews on it were from people trying it who got it for free. My husband and I were in dire need of a new mattress as our old one was sinking a lot and we both were losing a lot of sleep because of it. We did some research online and found that a lot of reviewers gave nectar “best overall” mattress. We decided to try it out and just hope for the best. It definitely did not break the bank in comparison to some other companies. The unboxing was very simple and it took about 10 hours before it reached its full size even though instructions said give it up to 72 hours. To our pleasure both of us love the mattress. It’s not too firm and not too soft. Has an even balance of forming to your body. We have gotten some of our best sleep in years because of it. My husband had been sleeping on the couch for months now because he found it more comfortable then our old bed, but now is back by my side. This mattress was definitely worth the purchase and now we are in the market for some much better pillows to go with it. This is a review after only a couple weeks and will update after a few months.     • Nectar Premier Hybrid - Watch the Edge of this Bed when getting out of it or sitting down

I did some research for best mattress for side sleepers, this bed showed up in 4 or 5 different reviews. Keep in mind I didn't do a deep dive to see if Nectar was paying for a good review or not, but whatever. Mattress came in big honking box, glad I checked the Amazon Setup Service (free when I bought it) because this queen size bed weighs 100 pounds and I live in an apartment. After 20 minutes of trying to get the outer plastic unraveled for the mattress (amazon dudes), we slapped the bed in the middle of the room, they took the packaging, and all was good. My bed frame was coming in 2 days after mattress delivery, so the mattress had time to breath, foam could raise a bit and I was not sleeping yet in apartment. Fast forward to having the mattress on the bed with sheets and my first night of sleep on the mattress. SLEEP was FANTASTIC, no issues with my shoulder or arm as a side sleeper like on my last foam block of concrete I had. So I am used to having rigid stiff edge to mattress. I saw Nectar on their web site quoted this - -----> 8” Infinity innerspring coils with extra edge support <------- So in the middle of the night I need a bathroom break, swung my legs like I had been doing for years on previous mattress with my butt on the edge of the bed, and the EDGE JUST COMPLETELY COLLAPSES and I almost do a face plant on the floor and wall. It is going to take some MAJOR adjustments when getting out of bed to keep my butt off the edge of the mattress. Same with putting on shoes, no sitting on the edge of mattress to put on shoes, because there is no edge on this bed. I bought it for side sleeping, and it works great. I just wish I knew that the edge collapsed when you sit on it, but maybe someone did review it here on Amazon and say this and I just missed it. Hopefully in the next 90-120 days, I will re-wire my brain to not sit on the edge of the bed. ... show more

My husband and I debated for months on what route to go for a mattress. We laid on some at a local store and of course fell in love with one that was over $3k. In a last ditch effort to avoid spending that much, I suggested we try one of the mattresses in a box. All of my research pointed me to Nectar and with the 1 year guarantee, I figured we had nothing to lose! We are now a little over a month into sleeping on it and it is the best mattress we’ve ever had! We are both side sleepers and this is the first mattress we’ve both been able to sleep comfortably on our backs too. Any sleep position feels comfortable on this mattress!
