I had a trusty Maglight for decades, but two D batteries swelled and exploded within it and I was down an emergency light while fixing it. "Well, how often do you use a flashlight, really? You couldn't go 4 days without one?" In the last few years, we've dealt with extended power outages from hurricanes, crackhead migrations/invasions on our property, two attempted break-ins, fixing vehicles and appliances in the dark, searching for dogs that chased an animal at 11pm, you name it. I use a flashlight at least once a week. I did a lot of research and landed with this Nebo Redline 6k model. It is shockingly bright, to the point where pointing it at someone on the highest setting is likely going to blind them (so be careful and don't do it). There's also the strobe function, which will likely result in a seizure. The flashlight is well built, solid, and could probably be used as a weapon if needed. There's also a glow in the dark feature that's surprisingly bright, which is great for stealth when tracking crackheads and finding their nesting grounds without alerting them. I focused and fired the high beam across my property and it was visible for close to a mile. It is very slow to charge, but that's not an issue for me. All in all, this light is amazing. I wasn't sure if I needed more lumens, but more might be a problem as it already might vaporize a crackhead.

Outstanding LEO flashlight! Compared to our standard issued Streamlight SL-20L, this NEBO light is brighter, lighter, less expensive, and charges with any standard micro usb chord instead of a large brand specific charger. This light excels at night time traffic collision scenes. It's like having a floodlight in your hand and makes for effortless photos with or without a flash. The beam of light exceptionally wide so I'm not constantly swinging a narrow beam of light side to side to illuminate what's in front of me. On traffic stops, the beam completely illuminates the passenger compartment of a vehicle unlike anything I've seen used before. So much safer than the standard narrow beam from other lights. I've been using it for a few months now on the graveyard shift and so far no issues with battery life or durability. I will say though, in my supervisory position, I'm on the road about half as much as the beat officer. I've had several LEOs as well as fire and medical personnel comment on the brightness of the light. I haven't seen one brighter yet. Only slight downside is it dosen't seem to be as bright at longer distances. You can narrow the beam somewhat, but the Streamlight is a better long range spotlight. But that hasn't been an issue AT ALL during typical traffic stops and collision scenes. It also lights up a room or a yard like you wouldn't believe. The 3 brightness modes are great. The dimmest setting is perfect for writing (notes, tickets, etc...).

Ideal for illuminating an area to easily distinguish features at about 200 feet in complete darkness. The reflector is coated with glow-in-the-dark material, and provides enough light in very dark conditions that you can read with adjusted eyes. The fisheye lens appears to be lab-grown mineral crystal. Heavy, but durable. Has a USB to charge a device and micro-USB for charging. Comes in a stylish, well-made box, has a carrying lanyard, a micro USB charging cable, and instruction card. Good under 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. We got this for camping and emergency use.

This is the home inspector's best friend. It lights the place up, but it doesn't put that hot spot in the middle of your crawlspace and attic pictures. I just wish it had USB C charger.

Working inside the poorly lit tunnels of Metro rail, I find it is imperative to have a powerful flashlight not only light my way inside the poorly lit tunnel but also for the train operators to see all of my hand signals. Last year, I bought the Nebo Redline Blast RC 3200-lumen flashlight. Not only did this flashlight lit my way with 32-lumens, but it also dimmed down to 320 lumens and 32 lumens. So as the train got closer to my position, I could dim down my flashlight and give the train operator my hand signals without blinding them in the process. At the time, I was not sure that Nebo Tools would be able to produce a better flashlight, thankfully I was wrong and bought the Redling 6K. The Nebo Redline 6K with 6000-lumens is phenomenal great for lighting my way through poorly light and illuminating objects for taking great pictures with my smartphone. As well as being able to dim down the flashlight to 1200-lumens and 60 lumens, so as the train is approaching my position, I can give the train operator my hand signal without blinding them in the process. I can recommend both the Redline Blast RC and the Redline 6K to my friends and coworkers. I believe there are two things the Nebo Tool could have done to make this a better flashlight, that maybe they should consider for their next generation of power flashlights. While 5000mah is good, I believe 8000mah would be even better. Since the world appears is in the process of moving away from USB micro B and moving to USB C, I think Nebo Tools should start incorporating USB micro C for there future flashlights.

Flashlight is dirty because i was tracking a deer in the rain then it got beat around in my 4 wheelers dry box. This is not an EDC flashlight by any means, heavy, large, VERY BRIGHT, durable, i’ve dropped it on concrete many times with no issues. Zoom level is not that much, the beam on this light is very wide making it great for hunting fishing or hiking. Would buy again. Only warning i have is that the front lens gets hot very quickly
