I wore it for a few hours around the house. It’s definitely NOT for the short torso people. I am 5’3 140lbs and got a size small (I wear size M in clothing) .I wanted it for PP belly. The item goes all the way up under my breast and to the top of my bum( pic#1 again short torso). Sitting down it can help with posture I guess but starts to poke and make it uncomfortable. I tried to fold it in half (pic#2)which is a better fit but it does show a lot bulging wires and it hurts…I’m going to return it cause it’s not a good fit for me. But for longer torso- maybe and it has ok support and tightening just size down to make it effective. ... show more

Ordered small, returned for xsmall. I recently dropped 52 pounds. Momma of 2! Both c sections. I cant tell you how many wraps, suits, corsets I own. Some as expensive as $90. This is my favorite. Hands down the best. It keeps my tummy together. My back straight. All supported and tight at the same time flexible. No roll up/down. Im 130. I don't consider myself with a "big booty" not that gifted in that area. 😒 wasn't hard to put on. A little effort. Like putting on a pair of tight jean shorts. Comfy to where, i actually forgot I had it on, and woke up in it. Not being poked or stabbed with bones/wires. I wish they made a white one with no hook. All together, love this. Not much support, didn’t do as great as it should and wires popped out from it causing me to get poked. Once the sticks are out it loses structure/support. Trainer also gave me a bad contact rash on my belly and back.
