At first glance, the material is quite strong and I thought that it wouldn't fit me at all. However, after I got a few of the hooks in place, I realized that it fits perfectly. I was a bit frustrated at first because every time I connected a hook and eye, the previous hook and eye I closed would open. To remedy this, I now start with hook and eye #4 from the bottom, then hook the remaining 3 down to the bottom. Then I reverse, course and start making my way from #5 upwards until I close all of them. This is the simplest way I've found to do this. I highly recommend this waist trainer because while it is tight, it's also surprisingly comfortable to wear all day and it washes/dries well. Also, it has built in bones that don't dig into my torso. There's zero rolling (either from the bottom or top). Also, I love that it stretches easily to the curves in my upper hips and lower waste while cinching in my middle. I have had waist trainers that cinch almost straight without much give fore curves, and I have ended up with reverse muffin top. I don't have the same problem with this at all. It's perfect!

This waist trainer was pretty hard to put on compared to other waist trainers I've tried in a similar size. I would say this is good to wear at home. I don't think it's very flattering since the shape makes any extra skin roll over the sides, so I wouldn't wear it under clothes to go out. I feel like its more for posture since I didn't see a dramatic different in my waist shape just from putting it on. This might be because its a literal rectangle shape when it's laid flat. I do like that it rolls up really neatly. Overall, good quality and a good option if you want something to wear around the house. By the way, the pictures are a before and after.

I was so excited to snatch up this Faja because I'm in the middle of my postpartum weightloss journey, and these are GREAT for helping snap everything back into shape - especially when coupled with exercising! This fit is TIGHT right out of the packaging, which it's supposed to be! It's a bit of a workout to get it on, but absolutely doable. Once it's on, though, it's good to go! Make sure you measure yourself before you get it. You want it to be as close as possible to where you're at size-wise so it can compress you as much as possible. I tried it both over clothing, and against bare skin, and didn't experience any irritation in either case. It's actually surprisingly comfortable, and the fabric it's made out of is a lot less irritating than some of the other waist trainers I've had over the years! Also, I know this is a super unhinged thing to write about, but it had absolutely no smell when it was delivered? Usually when I unpack clothing it often smells heavily of chemicals or shipping preservatives, but this had absolutely no smell whatsoever and didn't irritate my skin after handling. Definitely always wash new clothing items before wearing them, but mad props to this seller because this faja was just really clean even during shipping! Quality-wise, it's absolutely superb. The stitching is VERY solid, the boning is sturdy, it doesn't roll up as easily as others that I've owned, and it washes very well. It's also more breathable than some of my older ones, as I noticed I don't feel nearly as sweaty after prolonged wear. I really like this, and it's going to be an invaluable tool in getting my pre-baby body back! Great price, too!

Does not fit according to US sizing. I wear a M in all compression garments that I have ever tried, I wear a M in tops and bottoms - this is not realistic to close. I have a medical condition where I need to wear compression garments. I am very familiar with them and their fit, this is very narrow for a M. It is quite rigid, there isn’t enough stretch pulling quite tight to close this. I had abdominal surgery two months ago and have graduated from the surgical binder, I am able to wear other compression garments over the site now, I had hoped this would be a good fit. It seems well constructed, it is only bra clips the entire length- so it should sit seamlessly under clothes. There are a few rows for perfect sizing. It has good boning. My waist measurement matches my size, not sure if a small or xs was mistakenly put in a M package or what happened?

This waist trainer corset provided good tummy control and shaping without making me feel overly stiff or uncomfortable. The material feels durable and has a firm compression. Definitely helped smooth my midsection and create a more defined waistline under clothing. It stays in place well and doesn’t roll up during wear, which is a big plus. This has even helped me with posture.

I got the small, and when I received it it measured 24 inches out of the bag. (It's supposed to be for 27-29 inch waists. I didn't have the strength (maybe it was the grip) to stretch it around my waist and secure it. But I did not give up. I stood on one side (in stocking feet) and pulled up to stretch it out. I got it long enough that I was able to secure it around my waist... Slowly... Very slowly... And then it was great! No pain at my ribs; just enough movement for daily movement, but with a very well-defined waist. I was able to wear it for quite a while. As the Pic shows, there are different rows so it can progress with you. Once it stretched out, it seems pretty true-to-size to me (at least it matches pant size.
