I use my waist trainer when I go out walking and when I’m doing my daily workouts. It holds in m stomach very well when I’m down on the floor doing my floor exercises. It’s great to have and comfortable, fits me perfectly, has great stretch, and affordable.

I’m not typically for a waist trainer, I wanted one for a guest wedding dress I’d be wearing after I’d had surgery. Tested it a few times to make sure it was comfy. The structure is soft enough you can still move, bend and sit! But sturdy enough it keeps you tucked in. I would maybe size up what you think you are - I picked a size small at 125lbs and it’s still tight enough I may get nausea after wearing too long (not that I recommend doing it any way). I wouldn’t say it’s the easiest thing ever to put on; if you’re willing to suck in and hold as you snap, it’s still doable! But it’ll work for a few hours for a wedding for sure! ... show more
