These windows were nicer than expected. I bought these to put on a diy playhouse for my kids. They love having windows to open and close and the screen is nice to keep some critters and bugs out while allowing airflow.

Great windows for the price! The slide to open them is a little hard to use but raises and closes with no other difficulties!

We got 6 of these windows for a new 32 x 32 foot barn we were building. The windows look terrific and open and close as good as the very expensive ones. The plastic film that they use to protect the windows during shipping is close to impossible to take off. We tried applying everything known to mankind to help with the removal of this film, but to no avail. Thank goodness this film was on the outside edges where you screw it into the frame. We even tried a heat gun thinking it would loosen the film. The only thing the heat gun did was make the film even worse to get off. The hardware they send with the windows are useless. They send pan head screws which makes the head of the screw stick out like a sore thumb. This did not work with our installation since we wanted to hide the fasteners behind the siding. I ended up using roofing nails which have a flat head. This worked extremely well. After the first window, the other 5 windows were a breeze to install. Just make sure you have plenty of silicone and widow flashing in order to properly install and to prevent moisture from getting behind the window frame. Overall I would recommend these windows for any barn or shed.

Poor packaging both screens are pushed out of the frame. Really nice windows for the price all except poor packaging allows any pressure to faces of the box for the screens to be damaged. A couple of spots the flange is bent also due to minimal package protection.
