I’ll try to make this short but the product is good and the company is great! I don’t like cheap products and I’m genuinely impressed with the tent! However, my review is more about the seller! First: The Amazon app messed up and I accidentally ordered two tents. The seller contacted me personally to check if I did so on purpose before they shipped which was very helpful. Second: They contacted me later to ask what I did and didn’t like about the product. I told them about a design problem with the mounting plates. They said they would look at alternative options and followed up with me later to tell me about their solution for the next round of manufacturing. I’ve seen a YouTuber complain about moisture getting inside while closed, but I just think he didn’t get the canvas tucked in. ... show more

First off I want to say the customer service from this seller is top notch. He answered all my questions I had about this unit before purchasing. He was always available and quick to return messages regardless of the time zone difference. The shipping took about a week to get to me by freight. The shipping company is not great but what freight company's are. Everything was packaged well and came with everything as stated, telescoping ladder, waterproof storage bags, LED light strip, and two luggage racks, anti condensation mat, and a ton of storage inside. The racks are a nice touch since you can mount them anywhere on top to accommodate your storage needs. The hardware for mounting in my situation was just short. I needed longer bolts due to the thickness of my racks, no big deal. I would only use this for two grown adults or one adult and two kids. The construction of the unit is great. The low profile is awesome. This unit is a clone of the Roofnest Falcon 1, most likely made in the same factory. You can't beat the price on the unit too. I was a little skeptical at first but the seller has nothing but GREAT. I would definitely purchase from him again ... show more

I purchased this and it came in very quickly compared to other items that required third party shipping. I took it on an overlanding event, and it was great. If you’re on the fence about whether to get this style of roof top tents, or the one that folds out, watching other people set up and tear down camp made it pretty clear how convenient this tent set up is. I also experienced torrential rain one night, and stayed completely dry. The product did come without the brackets for the rails, but communication with customer service was great. They are very responsive and worked hard to get me the missing pieces in a timely fashion. Definitely recommend for those looking to get into this type of camping. ... show more

Awesome tent. Don't hesitate to buy. Very worth it. Came missing towers for crossbars, but seller shipped the replacements in a very timely manner and I am not a very patient man.lol. I would not only buy this tent again, I would buy from this seller. The tent is flat out awesome. ESPECIALLY for the price. Found 2 small imperfections or room for improvement. As some of the other reviews for these tents mentioned, my tent came with one pin hole in the waterproof taping. Super easy fix with a dot of RTV. The other small thing I noticed is the gasket seem is not glued together. I know from past experiences this will be a leak point. Again. A very easy fix. I'm not sure the name brand tents aren't the same. I never looked at them that hard. I'm impressed, which is rare for me to say about anything made in China. This tent and the China based, English speaking Chinese seller are top notch! Great communication skills and means as well as an understandable accent. THANK YOU.
