Love this product. I’m a 52 yo female and I bought this to help with dark spots due to sun damage. This serum goes on smooth and sinks in well. I am layering under my normal moisturizer. I’ve been using two weeks and my skin definitely feels smoother and is more uniform.

I read the reviews before buying and there was mentions about this smelling weird and confirm it’s true but I looked it up and it’s cause it’s in its pure form and it’s medical so no fragrances added. This doesn’t sting or burn, I was scared for that but everything was fine my skin reacted good. I like how the bottle is glass like and I’ve seen improvement already since using it. It hasn’t dried my face or made it red but I am using 2-3 times weekly. Good quantity for the price and it’s not heavy on the skin.

It works okay but I cannot get over the smell. It smells horrible to the point where I can’t get myself to use it. I haven’t noticed any different in my skin but that is probably because I’ve only used it a few times due to the smell. I saw other reviews say it smells like saliva and it 1000% does.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been using this azelaic acid consistently for a few weeks and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. My skin is very sensitive and dry, but also acne-prone postpartum, and this has helped calm redness, smooth texture, and fade stubborn marks without irritating my skin. The formula feels lightweight and layers well with the rest of my skincare. I also love that it includes niacinamide and vitamin C, so my skin looks brighter and more even overall. Unlike some other azelaic acid products I’ve tried, this one doesn’t pill or leave my face feeling tight and dry. I've been using this for over 3 months now, and I can say it works but you need to be consistent. The results weren't immediate, but after a couple of months, the improvement was noticeable enough that friends who hadn't seen me in a while complimented my skin. If you're patient and use it regularly, it's worth trying. I started using it for my post-pimple marks (hyperpigmentation). They haven't disappeared completely yet, but they've improved, and I'm hopeful they'll continue to fade with continued use. Overall, my skin texture has definitely improved.
