Bigger than I thought. Catches the eye of everyone walking by. It was packed well and arrived perfectly and fast. The instruction is easy to follow, just took a few minutes to set it up. The LED light is the most satisfying part for me, it creates a warm tranquility. The sound of water is so relaxing. Had it for a few days now and I love it. My suggestion is that you may also buy a water cleaning solution to add because the water will create water mold. This way the rocks stay clean and you avoid having to hand clean every time.

Elegant curvy design, slim proportion with 5-tier (most fountain I found here is 4-tier) and it fits my space perfectly. One more tier means more sound, more water fall which is important to me. Warm LED lights make it a great night feature. Assembly is super easy, running it for a few weeks now and no problem at all. Water sounds is a bit quiet but soothing. You can definitely add rocks to make the sound more noticeable like many other people commented here.

Instructions weren't great and assembly was a bit tricky. Lighting wires are hard to keep up in the body. If you aren't good at construction, at least get some help. Once assembled it works perfectly and it looks beautiful at night. My whole family loves it. My only complaint is that it doesn't quite sound like a waterfall, and that is part of the ambiance of a fountain. I was hoping for better sound too. It's OK, but not as pleasing as I hoped it would be. It really is beautiful to look at though. Day or night.

Upon reading a reviews there was indication that the instructions were minimal in nature. That was correct. But there are not than may parts to put together and set up time is minimal. Not being familiar with the packaging, the more difficult task was freeing up the internal lighting electrical cord that came wedged inside the fountain cavity. I used a yardstick to push the cords to the bottom of the cavity and was then able to untie the twist tie binding the cord. I would strongly recommend hosing out or wiping out the internal water reservoir container. Mine contained what appeared to remnants of pieces or shaving of the mold that was used to make the fountain. I would assume without cleaning this reservoir you could run the risk that the floating debris could somehow plug the pump intake or perhaps jam its impellers. We have only used the fountain for about a week, but we like it as nicely lit feature on our deck. 5/13/22

So, one of the lights was missing a screw in seal to one of the lights and if I would if hooked it up and filled it with water and plugged it in it would of KILLED me!!! So if you ever buy from this company please check that there are no missing electricity pieces that go under the water. I'm glad I seen the missing piece before I filled it with water and plugged it in. I'm so unsatisfied with this company. Then they wanted me to take apart the whole fountain electric parts to find what light was missing the piece. I'm not going to do that and loose time tinkering around with it. Very unsatisfied!!!

"I Purchased This For My Mom & She Loved It!! It Came Right On Time & Was Safely In The Box Whenever We Opened It!! This Was Very Easy To Assemble With Hooking Up The Main Hose To The Water Pump & The LED Lights Was Easily Accessible & Assembled Very Well Too!! Before We Added The Water, The Water Fountain Was Light Weighted & Is Very Easily To Be Moved Around Indoors & Outdoors With Some Maneuverability. We Have Ours Indoors & It Is Super Quiet & It's Very Relaxing To Be Able To Listen To The Water Running Down!! The Pump Itself Is Adjustable So You Can Have It Running Full Blast Or Just Have It On The Lowest Setting Possible."

I like the fountain enough to purchase a replacement. A year ago, I purchased the same fountain, but one of the 6 unit LEDs was defective. After some difficult communication experiences, they said they would send a new harness, but that never happened. The LEDs continued to deteriorate over the year and eventually the transformer died. The transformer is such an odd design, that a few hours of surfing the web could not find it. I tried to get them to honor the original promise, but even though I sent them a copy of the purchase receipt, they just kept saying that they can't find the order. One fun thing is that the web site only offers clothing, and their email misspells fountain as tian. The replacement fountain is working fine, although I had to fiddle with the wiring to get all the LEDs to light up. Obviously I was dropped on my head as a kid, which explains why I bought it again.
