The media could not be loaded. Purchased this for pur back deck. The fountain was super easy to set up. It makes a nice background noise. We are very pleased with how it looks and sounds. This is a good value for the money.

This item is beautiful to look at, and was very easy to assemble. My only complaint and the reason for not giving it five stars is, I was hoping for something that would help block out the sounds of traffic. Unfortunately, the traffic noise is significantly louder than the waterfall sound. I really wish, the decibels were considerably higher. I can only hear it if I am standing within a few feet, and then I have to strain my ears.

Absolutely loved this fountain! The splash pads were great and it sounded lovely and didn't splatter at all! Color was great and loved the lights. Unfortunately, the lights went on the fritz after cleaning. Reached out to the seller and they sent us a replacement transformer. That didn't fix the problem. The seller was very helpful! We sent pictures and they were very communicative! Between us both, we weren't sure what the issue was, so we returned the fountain (they sent us a label - cost us nothing but a box) and we received our refund within a few days. We will be repurchasing as we really love the fountain and hope it was just one of those things. Thanks to the seller for a great experience!

Rock Fountain Worked Great for first 2.5 weeks, then pump stopped!!! I'm bummed. Just sent message to seller for pump replacement today 9.5.2024. I expect a new pump to be shipped out asap. We'll see how they respond. For a product that cost over $200.00 U.S. it should not have happened. Cheap China product???? I'll let you know. Mary
