I am currently using for minor joint discomfort. While it does have several natural ingredients, the listed active ingredient is 3% menthol. The same active ingredient in dozens of other topical analgesics. Menthol does provide minor temporary relief but is nothing new or different. I will say it does absorb well, doesn't feel sticky or greasy, and has a pleasant scent.

I was given a free tube of this by a massage therapist to help with the pain in my back caused by some very tight muscles. It worked wonderfully and I am so grateful for this product. It works better than anything else. I am reordering for the 2nd time. I can't be without it. It also helped with rash on my skin I got as an allergic reaction. I see they also have a product for itch relief that I am ordering to use on the rash. Good products!!!

Not a great pain reliever - kinda hard to understand where they get the idea that this cream relieves pain - didn't work for me. It felt good on my skin, provided a wonderful scent, but no pain relief. Some comfort was had on my hands, but for joints, am using something more powerful and longer lasting. Waste of money.
