No, really. You can cut off the tail if you're freaked out by them. Of course, be careful, not to cut too far into the gelcap. It's a very cute marketing gimmick, I can't even imagine how much it must have cost to have a very different looking gelcap on the market. But it definitely creates a buzz. I've been taking probiotics for almost a year now, discovering different strains and how they work, and how they work in concert with each other and my body. One overall benefit is my tummy that I thought was just fat, isn't. It's gone down. While I'm definitely overweight, my tummy is now flatter than it ever has been. My pants fit better, and looser....I've also lost weight, 25 pounds in that timeframe, maybe 1-ish pound a week, and I've not changed much exercise wise. I do eat more greens, complex salads, trying out those dinner boxes (they are currently cheaper than the grocery store!) I don't have gas, I don't have digestive issues. I would say they've been beneficial to my regimen of health. These are the last type of probiotics I've tried, and honestly, they aren't bad for what they propose to be. They kept my tummy flat, the bowels working well, and generally being just right. I would have no problems recommending them to anyone, the price point is very nice for the number of servings you're getting, and 30+ strains is not common. You are absolutely getting what you pay for which this product. For the last month though, I've not felt as quite a good effect, and I wonder, is 75 servings too much *not* to be refrigerated? To be fair, December was probably the most stressful month of hardship and grief, and a lot of physical issues arose because of that stress. So that's maybe why they didn't work as well. Or, they kept working, and I could have been worse off (though I don't see how, lol). I will more than likely keep these in my rotation, will definitely refrigerate them, and keep the tails on, lol.

I've tried so many different probiotic products that I've found here. And most of them barely worked if at all. A couple that I really liked, only worked the first 2 or 3 days, then nothing. Then I came across this one. I opened the bottle and thought geez they're kinda oily and they stick together. And it's kind of cute that they look a little like the Goldfish crackers. But I figured, I'll try em anyway. I took a dose, which is two yellow liquid capsules. So for lunch, I tested them out by eating three foods that typically bother my gut. OMG! They seem to temporarily cure ALL, yes EVERY ONE of my food issues all at once! Mind blown! I continued to use them since. But, I did learn one caveat. MODERATION. They definitely work, but too much of the bad stuff still seems to overwhelm them. So, I always have to remember to stick with normal sized portions. I guess that's good, because I need to lose some weight anyhow. I ABSOLUTELY WILL be buying more!

I really like this probiotic, but this last bottle had them all stuck together. I would like to know if there is a way to get them unsticky easier than trying to pull them all apart. They aren't cheap and of course now they are unavailable on Amazon. I hope they can fix the problem because this is not the first time I have heard of the capsules all being stuck together.

The probiotics in this product are great. I just can't get them out of the bottle. They are stuck together like glue. I pryed as many apart as I can. I can't get the other 3/4 of bottle out.

I swear to this is the best probiotic on the market and I've tried them all. This product is designed to go past the stomach acids and make it to the intestines without the bacteria dying it's in a fish capsule that is acid resistant so the bacteria doesn't die. Most probiotics that you take die in the stomach acids before they make it to the gut you will find using this product getting rid of diarrhea and a messy stool.

Innovattive form, the same as high end moisturizers so they say fresh. Make wonderful whole milk organic yogurt in my instant pot. I won't ever take anything else again. Fixed my weird gut, which was likely "leaky gut."

But I definitely stay awake from the recommended dose. Ads helpful foreign strains to my body that then get eliminated. Therefore need to take them on a regular basis which for me is once a week. Destin said your own rhythm which I assume is going to be similar to mine. The rest is simply a waste.
