Pluses: The 4mm pink tourmaline stones I received were the size specified, consistent shape, and had nice sparkling cleavage planes (the facet cuts). Minuses: The description of the stones are inaccurate. They are described as all natural and do not specify that they are dyed. Dyed is not necessarily bad BUT besides an inaccurate description, the dye on the beads is extremely splotchy and unblended. Some of the beads look like someone spilled neon pink paint on them.
