Our first tankless water heater and I am very pleased with it. It heats the water faster than a full size tank. It does take little longer to get hot water than others previously reported, but it definitely serves our needs. It was tougher to assemble than I thought, but very glad we got this unit . We're on month 2, so can't give info on durability, but so far great. I would say good unit at a reasonable cost. Customer support was good when I had a few questions. I used copper piping for this installation, and wrapped pipes in insulating foam wrap. It has a reflective finish, and my favorite feature is the water temperature is displayed on the front in easy to read numbers. Would recommend this brand.

I just finished the installation today and it fired right up. I paired it with a PROZRTED hot water recirculation system. this PROZRTED system is to keep hot water in my master bath, that is to far from the water heater, and we waist to much water waiting for hot water. I was worried that the two systems may not work out together, but they work togeather great. Things to think about with the heater: When it starts a fan runs and it may be annoying to some people. For us it made sence to install it in the kitchen pantry and i hear it run. Still not so bad that i gave it a lower rating. Its a five star as far as im concerned.

This is a great water heater and has been doing good work the last month after install. My only recommendation is that the inlet/outlets on the bottom aren't evenly spaced so you have trouble installing the lines also the directions were unclear as to a pressure relief valve on the hot water side, it says on part of it that is included/ built in, but then later says to install it? Other than that it's been great

Absolutely love this! Easy to install! Easy gives you all the hot water you need for a family of 4 with a epic large bath tub!! No more waiting for got water! It's an absolute no brainer if you are looking to bring your house up to par for hot water use and save money at the same time! This water heater only uses gas when you need hot water versus heating water to temperature continuously. Just sad that this American company isn't certified by energy star so the consumer could also grab the tax credit.

Works well after installation but the installation was not easy. Took several calls to the manufacturer, who does respond. There is no ledge for mounting and instructions say to put screws on the bottom and tighten them. There is no way to get a tool in there to do that. Finding the proper venting kit was a problem, too. Works well once installed. We are very handy and accustomed to DIY projects. Before we began installation, we called a professional. They wanted $2000 to install it even though be had an on-demand tankless water heater installed in the same location.

Bought August 1st. Worked until November 24th. The water heater is non-returnable due to hazardous materials. Wasn't hazardous when it was shipped to here. Only over $125.00 a month cost for heating water. Going back to reliable tank hot water heater.

Installed several months ago when upgrading the bathroom to my master bedroom since the old hot water tank was right on the other side of the wall and in dyer need of replacement. I was a little leerie at first not having any experience with tank-less. I found a very skilled contractor to handle the install. There have been zero problems whatsoever since. I oversized for my zone to make sure there would never be any demand/temperature issues and there haven't been. The unit is installed in the stairwell to the garage with no climate control and it delivers ample hot water even in the coldest of Tulsa winters this year (we had a chilly one this year). The value was amazing as well. I would buy one again without hesitation.
