This hot water heater is able to sustain extremely hot water fairly indefinitely to a single shower, which was my target. The water flow is good at that volume, and it's operation is fairly silent. Overall quality of the unit seems fine, Easy to install, easy to operate, good safety profile, We are extremely happy and satisfied with the water heater. It is very efficient, saves on our propane. The water pressure has never been this strong. We just really like it.

We installed this tankless water heater about six weeks ago and it's been running great since day one. Our old tank heater took forever to warm up in the mornings, but this one delivers hot water the moment you turn on the faucet. We had a licensed plumber handle the installation since it requires proper gas line work and venting, which took several hours to complete. The unit itself doesn't take up much space compared to our bulky old tank, which freed up some room in the utility closet.
