!!*Long Review but worth reading*!! I’ve been trying to get a break from wearing wigs to let my scalp breathe. I just couldn’t afford getting $200+ extensions, so I looked for a cheaper option. These extensions aren’t very high in density, the clips are pretty small and you’ll need at least two packs for a full head. But you can still do so much with them and they aren’t too far off from higher end extensions. I didn’t do this in the photo, but For a more natural look, I highly suggest putting flexi rods or curling iron curls in them to get rid of the “ramen noodle” pattern and make it more full. I also trimmed the extensions in layers to match my real hair length. I love them and I’ve been getting a lot of compliments. Definitely a head turner!

I ordered this after spending $800 at a very high-end salon to get tape-in extensions for my upcoming wedding because they were the "healthiest" for my very fine, color-treated hair. In the span of a few days, I had multiple bald spots where the extensions had ripped my hair out and had them removed that same week. I ordered this on a whim because my hair was so damaged it needed something to cover up all the damage from the tape-in extensions - these look better than the "real" extensions I got at the salon. The color matches my hair better (perfectly!), and the quality is phenomenal. I found a YouTube video to help me figure out how to put them in, and I've been wearing them since. Highly highly highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. I wanted a different color for Fall so I ordered these clip ins with the hope that they would blend with my natural hair. I ordered 16 and 18 clips. As you can see, my natural color was too dark to blend but the curls were soft and loose. They weren't as kinky as I liked. I would say they were more 3b type curls. I ended up dying the roots darker and the hair took well to color. That says a lot about the great quality of hair. It remained soft and thick and minimal shedding. I did notice that the thread wasn't great for the clips though. You may need to reinforce them. Once I dyed them, I was able to blend my hair better. I do use them when I'm looking for a different look. However, if you're looking for a more 4a/3c texture, this isn't a good match unless you do a twist out to blend better.

This is an update to my previous review. Customer service offered to send me another set of extensions at no cost. Honestly, I wasn't expecting the replacements to be any better than the first set which was very frizzy and she'd easily. Well, I was WRONG! The 18inch #p4/27 in natural wave are so incredibly perfect. These are so soft with minimal shedding. The lighter color didn't match my color as closely as I wanted, so I used my root erase in golden brown. Now the color is just right, and the extensions do not seem to be harmed by the color at all. Most importantly, the customer service at hetto is exceptional. At a time when it can seem like sellers aren't very interested in customer satisfaction, hetto customer service definitely aims to put their customers at the forefront! I recommend!

For one, I dunno what they did to change their hair... it used to be soft and manageable and last. Now I cannot wait to remove it from my head! I’ve given them at least 6 five star reviews and have collected their little stickers as incentive. Save 5 get a free pack, well you can only use that one time. Then no more. I’ve spent far too much money on a company with crap customer service and nothing but lies. I’m going to literally try every single other hair supplier out there before even considering this dry tangled mess that’s on my head right now. Ugh!

This morning I was so excited to wash and conditioner this hair but I was SO DISAPPOINTED WHEN I APPLIED THE CONDITIONERS AND BRUSHED AND A LOT HAIR CAME OUT 😔 😔. I AM A CERTIFIED COSMETOGYST AND I KNOW HOW TO HANDLE HAIR.I believe this hair was over process. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️
