These are my favorite brand for my little boy. They are quality, but not crazy expensive. Their sizing though is easily 1-2 sizes too large. So keep that in mind

It's got the zipper the toddler can even get them on and off! My toddler is a farm kid and has worn these though every type of weather muck and mud and they have lasted over a year by now.
