I ordered 2. One box was as expected. The second one was all tangled and some pieces were completely disassembled from the clasp. I’m utterly disgusted in the fact that how the hair was handled and prepared to ship. There were more than 15 strands disassembled from the clasp and some clasp only had 1 bundle hanging on to it. What if I didn’t have the machine to assemble. The hair quality is fine obviously. I’m just very disappointed how the hair was tangled up and it seemed like it was just thrown in the box. Bought this gun with the hair extensions. Easy to clip the hair in the gun, takes a little practice. Place the extensions in the hair ......... impossible. Only some will attach, some fall off, some break. Was able to get about 15 in in the first 30 min. The right side of the head. The left side ( if you are applying them to yourself) cant be done. The gun needs to be placed certain way, you cant reach back and press the gun the right way. Returned. ... show more

Watched video 100x . The clip does not fit in the top of machine. After working 1 hr to get it in I poisoned it in my hair and closed. It closed on extension never attached to my hair. Half of the hair I ordered with machine- the tips came broken off already!
