Our old tree from another mfr lasted around 30 years, well it started breaking branches after about 25 years and finally was pretty ratty. This new one lasted its first week just fine, only a couple little sprigs dropped off during assembly. If this one can go half as long I will be happy, so ask me around 2038! It does look good - not too uniformly perfect shaped, just like a real tree. And the lights have several patterns we like (and a few we don’t like). We use a timer, to light the tree only after dark, and it retains the last setting while it is off, so it starts the next day with the same setting, glad for that!

I’m sadly disappointed in this tree, like really disappointed. I ordered it in early November so it would be here by thanksgiving and Amazon/UPS lost the package (how do you lose a 50 lbs box?). Reordered and it arrived the day before Thanksgiving. On TG night I opened the box and was very pleased to see the molded needles (see photo) were all that I saw. Was so excited that I decided to go ahead and set the tree up. Discovered that it is not in fact all molded needles it’s only the molded needles on the ends. That was very disappointing because the pictures/description didn’t really make that clear. The normal price is $700+ dollars and every tree I’ve seen at that price is all molded needles (or if not thick enough that you can’t see them at all). Decided that wasn’t a deal breaker for me, and spent this afternoon fluffing the tree. Sadly this is not a premium tree it’s at best a big box store $300 tree which is about what I paid for it. Given the month I waited for it I should have just bought one from Lowe’s. When I first opened the box I noticed the wiring for the lights, it’s fine but I assumed LED meant the smaller lights not the mini lights and the wiring is a bit messy but again not a deal breaker. I like the concept of the wiring system they have and they look to be marked but as you start to work with the tree there’s nothing that really lines up and the instructions aren’t clear as to what plug go where. I’m still working on that. They light, and change color which is good, but there’s no remote which is sorta ridiculous for a supposed $700+ tree. Also, the tree is at best 5’7. I’m 5’8 and can very easily see the very top of the tree (I ordered the 6ft option). I’m also disappointed in how thin it is even with all the fluffing I’ve done. I know to not trust the photos from any Amazon product, but this is not even close. I think the hinge design is a good thought but this is my first tree with that and it’s just as loose and wild as the removable branches. I had assumed hinged trees were better designed all around. I’m just really disappointed here, I’ve not had a tree in several years after some family stuff and with how rough 2020 has been I thought this would be a good way to send off the year. Instead, I just spent nearly $400 on a Charlie Brown tree. If anyone out there designs these trees why don’t you add more layers of branches instead of adding more of the toilet brush needles instead of telling us to “fluff”? I know I can make this tree look good, but this was a treat purchase for myself and now I have to find a way to fix it when the point of buying a “higher end” tree was so that I didn’t have to work as hard on that. Also as I’ve fluffed the toilet brush needles have fallen off like crazy, if I wanted to vacuum needles I would have spent 1/10th of the price and gotten a real tree. I’ll add more pictures when I get the tree done.

First off, I think I received someone else's returned tree. Okay with me, but would have been nice to know. I set the tree up to see if anything was missing and that it lit. IT DOES light. Very happy about that. This does not come with Power Connect and they should change the description so people know they have to connect by cords within the limbs of the tree. Overall, very pleased. I've packed it away for next Christmas, so we'll see how it looks with a year's storage.

I am shipping the first tree I purchased back. Now that I have the second tree (and this box contained things not in the first box), I can pretty much assume the first tree was a previous return by someone and sent to me due to the packing, lack of extra bulbs, the plastic bag that should have contained the postcard telling you where the online manual was missing and the fact an entire set of branches wouldn't light up. I spent 4 hours trying to figure out the issue, finally gave up and had the second tree shipped which was SO easy to connect, it worked the first time, had the card with the QR code for the manual (and honestly you really don't need it if the tree is working correctly). The tree is lovely, it's big....my daughter and I both got itchy from the branches. My first experience made me super unhappy with the whole experience but in the end, I do like the tree the review is a reflection of getting a used product that didn't work initially. I'd like to bill you for the four hours it took me to attempt to troubleshoot why the branches wouldn't light up, bad tree.

Love it! Easy to put together, fluff each section from bottom up as you add section. Tons of lights and options. Inner branches easy to bed and move to fill in spaces or to create spaces for ornaments. Outer branches also able to bend - only very tips are not bendable. No issues hanging heavy ornaments. We hung even lighter ornaments out on the ends. Pretty wide at base. Bought 2 tree storage bags and put 2 of 4 sections in each to allow more room so that we didn’t have to completely flatten in the branches - will be super easy to get it in shape next yr. With extra room in bags, added wreaths, garland and metal tree “skirt”. Family was skeptical after only having real trees but they LOVED it. No mess, stress free. Worth every penny and I absolutely 100% recommend. Pics are from first day putting it together with white lights mode. There really are sooo many options of you get the tree with colorful and white lights.
