I had to spend time detangling the 3 chains. It was a bit difficult for me to separate the link in order to slide the 3 chains off and untangle them. I would have returned this hanging basket however I really liked the quality of the basket. Very nice quality.

This is a review of the National Tree Company Pre-Lit 'Feel Real' Artificial Christmas Hanging Basket, Colonial, Decorated With Frosted Pine Cones, Berry Clusters, White Lights, Christmas Collection, 20 Inches. It’s a pretty little basket and although it measures 20” it is likely a bit smaller than you might think. I live in New England and I think if I left it outdoors it would be ruined by wind and rain or snow. It’s just not made to endure punishing winter weather. It could work outdoors in a milder climate. It is very pretty and I ended up using it as a centerpiece. I was able to get it to balance on its rounded end with a few drink coasters underneath. I enjoy looking at it during Christmastime, it is very pretty. ... show more

These look very nice and are a great addition to my patio for the holiday season. Once they are turned on, the timer is automatically set to 6 hours on, then they turn off for 18 hours and back on for 6 and so on. In my opinion, these can be hung throughout the winter season, not just the holidays.

Great quality, packaged well, realistic looking with lights on a timer nicely hidden inside the basket. The only thing I would change is the length of the chain. Luckily I hang plants in the summer and had chains to add to the length or they would be way too short. Otherwise, they look fabulous and I’m very happy with the purchase.
