Made to look and feel lifelike, the stunning realism of the tree is defined by its close attention to detail, featuring hundreds of individually crafted branch tips that make up the wide, full-bodied branches that create space for your lights and ornaments. The tree is designed with a hinged branch system that allows the branches to swing down for a quick and simple set-up and fold back in for easy storage. Set aside 45-60 minutes after assembly to properly shape the tree by peeling back the branches and pulling the tips apart to give the branches a more full-bodied look. We purchased this tree about a week ago and set it up yesterday. We turned on the lights while “fluffing” the tree and everything was good, e.g., tree shape and size, lights, etc. We then left the lights on, tree undecorated, for the rest of the evening, several hours. Today, we decorated and turned on the lights when it got dark and it looked great. After dinner, I glanced at the tree and noticed that a complete section in the center had gone dark! New tree, minimal use and light failure already! Do not buy this tree even though it’s from a reputable mfr., National Tree. Gosh, I’m so tired of shoddy products! I will return this item. UPDATE: I spent about an hour this morning removing ornaments from the dark section, and then performing a continuity check, light by light. The culprit was ONE loose bulb that knocked out one entire section. Please note, the second bullet point in the product description is false. If one light goes out, the entire section will go dark, in my case approximately 60 bulbs. ... show more

This tree is beautiful! Full, well designed and holds up. I’ve read all the reviews, sometimes you need to go with your gut. After one hour of fluffing, this tree looks wonderful. Note, there are branches on the hinges inside the tree that make it look full. It does take time to fluff. Just be patient. Love this tree so much! ... show more

Pros: it’s festive, the lights are easy to figure out, assembling the three pieces was easy and it is sturdy up and down. It is 7.5 feet I guess, but the final 8 inches is a single branch. I measured mine at 82 inches in the stand, so just over 6.5 feet. Cons: whatever the advertised photo, this isn’t it. Like it’s a decent tree, but it’s not what I thought I was buying. Price is ridiculous for what I received, I would never have paid this much. This is a $100 tree at best. The base / stand is super ugly and basic. I think I can swap it out though, if my nice stand can tighten that small. This took me about 2 hours to set up for the first time, and I’m still messing with it trying to account for some bald spots. I’m hoping once decked with ornaments it’ll fill out some. I put a few photos of pictures at different levels so the bald spots are brazenly obvious at some levels. Overall it’s decent, if you get a good sale, but don’t expect to have the fluffy, hyper-realistic tree you see in the photo. Update: I returned it and got an amazing one from Home Depot for $60 less. ... show more

The tree was good and beautiful. There was a strand of lights that didn’t work. They told us to check every light in the strand to make sure it didn’t come loose. I’ll check we found a missing light completely missing with two metal ends just hanging there not attached. My husband connected the ends and put the blue electrical connector on them, and some electrical tape on that they worked. These trees should have been checked better could have gotten a shock. The light quality was not the best suggest when opening the branches wear long sleeves scratches your arms. ... show more

We were so happy with the quality of this tree. We wanted to try a fake tree this year & we couldn't be happier with this one that we selected. We took it out of the box as a family and the 4 of us fluffed the branches. It was a fun little project. It took us about 30min to fluff it perfectly. We received many compliments on our new tree. Very easy to put together. Was initially disappointed as it looked very fake, but with a lot of fluffing of the branches we were able to get it looking SO much better and got so many compliments on it. So great tree but definitely needs some work to get it to its final form

Update: tree still looks beautiful in year 2, BUT the lights are burning out a week before Christmas 😕. Expect prelit tree to stay lit for at least two years… Still recommend it but I’d be tempted to buy the same tree unlit and buy my own lights Original review: We had bought the 4 1/2 ft vs of this tree a few years back for the office and LOVED it, so when our old prelit tree lights died, we bought this 7 1/2 ft tree… out of the box I had little hope for it, I wish I had taken pictures lol, but if you follow the directions and patiently separate the branches (took the two of us about an hour) it is a full lush tree with loads of branches and lights. The way they positioned the light connectors is the best and smartest I have ever seen on an artificial tree, super easy, barely an inconvenience as they say. Highly recommend this tree, next best thing to a real one for those like me who are allergic to the real deal…love it as much as it’s little brother we had bought previously…BUY IT! ... show more
