    • Check for defects before using.
Returned right away - never even plugged in. Item was defectived - main big circular rubber water gasket inside door opening was grossly and obviously malformed rendering usage impossible in that "new" condition. Surpised it was shipped like that. Poor QC?

Installed in a Forest River Vibe 28RB Initial first review: ⭐ Overall Rating: 8.7 / 10 Shipping was fast and painless. 8 days! Setup and install took about 45 minutes for one person. 2 to get inside from curb. (+2 points for independence, -1.3 for attempted earthquake simulation) ✅ What’s Great 1. Clean laundry on demand No more hauling clothes No more surprise scents! 👉 This alone = life upgrade unlocked 2. Quiet… until it’s not • Wash cycle: peaceful, almost spa-like • Dry cycle: chill, low-key • Spin cycle: 👉 “Hold onto your emotional support items” 3. Surprisingly stable install • Doors? Not moving • Washer? Staying put • Cabinet? Holding strong 👉 Honestly impressive given the circumstances 4. Compact + functional • Fits in a space that clearly did NOT want it there • Soap tray still opens (engineering miracle) • Closet still usable ⚠️ What’s Not Great 1. Airflow = questionable life choices The dryer fan is trying… but it’s giving “polite suggestion” not “forced air” • Vent flap: 👉 “I will not open unless spiritually convinced” • Actual airflow: 👉 warm… humid… slightly confused air 2. Weak exhaust fan (confirmed) • You can hear it • You can feel it (barely) • You do NOT trust it 👉 This is the system’s biggest limitation 3. External vent cover (the real villain) • Designed like it’s guarding Fort Knox • Fan looks at it like: 👉 “I’m not strong enough for this relationship” 4. Spin cycle = mobile seismic event Not dangerous… just dramatic I’m a single guy I wash my work clothes large bath towels and dog laundry… just not at the same time… 2 large towels is a load! Three hours start to finished dry. 6 medium shirts some socks same story. Jeans I do 2 pair at a time 3 hours and come out damp which is good for denim but I usually throw back to dry another 20! Install the washer dryer combo in our camper. Washer settings, work great dryer settings are not bad. The work better with small loads.

    • A return sold as new?
Not installed yet, but when unpacked, the soap/softener dispenser had water in it suggesting the unit is a return or reconditioned. May be a return.
