We got this tree to upgrade from an older one, and it made a big difference right away. The 9 ft height really fills the room and gives that classic, full Christmas look. One of the best things is how realistic it looks once it’s fluffed out. The branches are full and give you plenty of space to decorate without it feeling sparse. Trees like this are designed with lots of branch tips to create that full, lifelike look.  The pre-lit feature is a HUGE time saver — no dealing with tangled lights, and everything is already evenly spaced. Ours lit up nicely and made setup much faster. Assembly was easier than expected with the hinged branches — they drop into place and just need shaping.  The only thing I’d mention is that it does take a little time to fluff it fully, and you’ll want to plan space since it has a wide base. Overall, this is one of those purchases that makes the holidays feel easier and more put together — definitely worth it if you want a full, classic tree without the hassle of a real one.

This was our first time purchasing an artificial tree and we were extremely skeptical and reluctant. So many artificial trees look phony or gappy and we hunted high and low and combed through reviews to find one that truly looked full. We are so pleased with this tree having JUST received it yesterday and set it up tonight. It is lovely fully assembled, and although the fluffing took some time, they gave clear and helpful instructions on how to fluff. The tree assembly was SO easy as there were no cords to connect… just plug each piece into the first. The light coverage is wonderful… there are no gaps or empty spaces in the lights. Same with the branches and tip density. You cannot see the “trunk” of the tree and I am very happy with how full it looks. My only complaint is that I have historically had a tree with all red lights and I have decorations to match. I thought the description of this tree would mean that I would have more options to choose my color. Instead what this includes is an option for white lights or multi-colored lights. There is also a pastel version of the multi-colored lights. There are some options: steady warm white, twinkle warm white, steady multicolor, twinkle multicolor, steady pastel, fading warm white to multicolor, random fading, fading warm white, fading multicolor, flashing warm white to multicolor. You use a foot pedal to cycle through the options as opposed to having a remote that I saw with some of the other trees. We have chosen the fading white to multicolor because it cycles through the bright colors and pastels to white. It is quite lovely but I think I am going to need new decorations for the tree to match. :) Overall we are impressed and cannot wait to decorate!

This tree first off came missing two branches (not tips, but branches). This is our second National Tree company tree that we have purchased. Our last tree was a 9 foot feel real jersey Fraser with 1500 clear lights and that tree looked lush and thick and had plenty of lights that were connected to almost every tip. This tree is extremely sparce the tips don't go in towards the middle pole of tree or branch making this tree look very empty and the middle pole is easily viewable. No amount of fluffing can fix this. This tree is supposed to be categorized as most realistic and compared to our older tree this one looks very fake and shiney plastic. For a fake tree this is the worse of them. Now let's go to the lights, this 9 foot I believe has 900 multi color lights that wrap this tree from top to bottom but they are literally wrapped around the front outer most edges around entire tree. There are no lights in the middle of this tree and whomeever wired this tree literally just wrapped the lights in a circle pattern from top to bottom. If I wanted to hang ornaments from the wire I could since that is how poorly the tree is wrapped. Our original National Tree Company tree was pre lite as well but at least that one had it's lights tightly wrapped around each branch and each tip and covered the entire branch not just the out most side of branches. Now to the light shows that are programmed, there is I think ten different selections that you can click through using the built in foot pedal switch but the difference in all the options are again minimal at best. There solid white dim or bright and blinking fast or slow and then the same options with just color and then same options with white and color combinations. Really nothing special about them. All lights work and the power connect poles works great too. Just a big disappointment for over 600 dollars to receive a broken tree with missing branches, their most realistic tree that truly looks badly fake, a tree that looks very sparce after fluffed, and lights that were poorly wrapped on the outside branches only. This tree will be getting sent back.

This is my first artificial tree. 1. Assembly is straight forward albeit lack of directions a pain. 2. The three tree segments are powered through the “trunk” when assembled. 3. A real pain unfolding branches but pretty nice tree. Given its low cost the assembled tree looks good and interesting start for us on artificial trees. Aside from no instructions how we go about storage is going to be tricky. I’d rather not fold branches back up aside from trouble I worry about fatigue failure of branches due to open closing. I will take each segment and store in very large trash bags to keep dust and dirt off. We’ll see. The decorations should mask any appearance details so I think this is a good investment perhaps upgrade quality in the future. This is a Dec update. My delight with this tree grows. I was worried how it would look with our old decorations but the tree is beautiful. I do miss the natural tree but this tree makes that a rather small sigh.

I bought this tree to replace another pre-lite tree that had conventional mini-bulbs. I wanted an LED tree. It went together easily and I like the quick-connect feature which eliminates having to locate plugs (and the accompanying fuses) in a power cord during assembly. After reading other reviews, let me say some things that might be helpful. When putting this tree together, plug it in before you go to the branch-separating phase, whether one section at a time, or the whole tree at once, . I saw one bad review for this tree (with photos) showing the assembled tree without the branches properly separated, and the writer complained how "bare" the tree was. I hope this was just someone "punking" other shoppers/buyers, otherwise the reviewer shouldn't be around anything electric. Of course you have to separate the branches and the more time you take, the better the tree will look. Set aside about 1 1/2 hours to do it properly. Which brings me to why the tree should be lit while doing the branches. First, I found a few defective bulbs while doing the branches. This was no big deal because the tree comes with about 20 spare bulbs. More importantly, I found an entire branch with all the lights out. I traced the problem to a wire that was cut/broken. I easily fix it with a little electrical tape. Again, not that big of a deal. The point is this: if I had arranged the branches with the lights off, these problems would have been difficult to find and fix. While separating the branches I also took the opportunity rearrange some of the lights on the various branches. Not much care was given to their placement at the factory. Altogether, I spent about two hours on the tree to get it as it appears in the photo I took. The base is very study and there is no wobble in the tree post-assembly. National Tree sells a treetop star which uses a special plug that fits into an outlet at the top of the tree. I did not like the way it looked online, so I stuck with my old treetop light. It has a convention plug, which required running a (green) extension cord up the tree center. You can't see it because the tree is nice and full. The foot petal which controls what kind of lighting you want, colors, blinking, fading etc...worked fine, though we like just plain clear lights. We have had several artificial tree over the years, not all were pre-lit. This is the fullest, best looking tree by far. I gave it four stars overall because of the cut wire and defective bulbs and the sometimes haphazard arrangement of the light bulbs. Time will tell how well it holds up over the years, but now we are happy with it. I would recommend.

Got this as a secondary tree for our 2nd living room and we absolutely love it. We scored this tree for a great price at the end of Christmas season so we didn't even open the box until the following year. At first we were unsure and thought it might've been a bit ugly and not full but it was user error lol. Once you fluff it properly this tree is absolutely full and stunning and comes with a bunch of pre lit light options. My wife and I always argue over white vs colored lights and this tree gives you both options all in one. This is a great tree especially for the price and I highly recommend.

This is a Christmas tree, multi-color led lights. The lights connect simply by connecting the three tree sections. Nothing to plug in (except the main plug.) I ordered this for next Christmas, so it did arrive after Christmas. On inspecting, I found they had sent the wrong tree--an all white one with fewer features. I contacted the seller (LonelyHome) and they immediately got back to me. I explained the problem. They sent a return label and arranged for UPS to pick up the tree at my home. On the designated day, they picked it up and within a day, I had received the correct tree. It was a bit expensive, but seems well made. I can't really comment on sturdiness as I haven't put the tree up and fluffed up the branches. The branch tips are supposed to be extremely realistic. I'm not sure I'd go that far, but they look good. I'll know how good next Christmas. I did take it out of the box, slip the base into the stand and plug it in. As I slipped the middle section, then the top into the center "trunk" each section lit up immediately. The 10-program light control worked perfectly. I must say that they have OUTSTANDING customer service.

Company staff unfortunately isn't trained correctly in company 's warranty policy. The tree has issues with the lights as noted by other individuals. The tree is a two piece setup, very easy with included stand and 12" center post extension. Tree requires the opening up of branches after lowering of hinged main branches , it take a lot of time and patience, The lights are connected by the inner elc contact inside the center pole ( line up correctly and push the top and bottom tree parts together. Very important there are elec wire connectors for light wires make sure they are hand tight before opening up the branches !!! . There are 2 e!ec connections that are not used , may be for extra lights ? Now the neg, there is no e!ec connection ( standard 110 plug outlet) for a lighted tree topper (you have to run an extension cord) . The company doesn't make a tree topper to utilize one of the 2 elec pin connections not used ) . The company offers a battery powered topper. With a tree of this price & design engineering it's not acceptable not to have a 110 outlet built into the center tree post or their own compatible lighted pin connected topper. The lights are not wound to branch tips not vg the hang in different positions& wires are visable .blue,red,green, violet, yellow, all white, steady on flashing etc ) . The light switch is fragile not operating correctly at all times. I don't recommend stepping on it to operate. Lights as many others indicate on reviews , some section(s) with steady on glow low and then high and then steady on & shut off in sections . The lights are a big neg problem bad elec design. Light problems are stated by to many others in reviewing not a one off. Ok would I buy again NO go for another manufacturer for the 400+ price dont be flood by higher # of lights that have problems.merry Christmas. Unfortunately the customer service before Xmas vg with promish to send replacement lights and switch under warranty as tree was registered. No parts received and no answer as of Dec 28th via customer service number. Not vg disappointed.
