Purchased new but shoes appear used and with several noticeable scratches all over. Presentation was as you see in attached photos - just thrown in a box. They did not arrive in the original box and packaging was just not good. I have the black pair and that was a completely different and positive experience. I love the black ones. I wanted the brown, and planned to purchase the pink. If I like a product, I do purchase in multiple colors! I will be returning these. The shoes themselves are beautiful, unique, and very comfortable! Again, I have the black ones and I get great use out of them. Every time I have worn them, I have received multiple compliments.
