We really like how this tree looks, especially for the price. We got the 12-ft tree and we’re pretty concerned about it looking too skinny as a pencil tree, but it’s pretty good. This tree took a BUNCH of fluffing, which we expected but it took quite a bit of time. There are a few see-through areas that are better seen in the picture we took during the day. The texture is like football field turf, which is fine and what we expected for the price. It's mid-January; therefore, I won't fully assemble the tree. However, I did inspect the pieces and all seems well. It is similar to the same 10 ft model we previously used from this company. I purchased this 12 ft tree, because it was $100. I can't really complain about anything for that price. I'm hopeful it will appear just as beautiful as its predecessor. The hinged branches offer simplistic and swift assembly. If branches are fluffed and decorated appropriately, the tree is full with a glamorous appearance. These trees offer the perfect footprint for our 150 year old Queen Anne home. They are stunning if you are willing to put forth the effort. Don't assume this is a tree you can set up and walk away from, without a bit of work. All artificial trees need a bit of tlc to make them beautiful. LOL i didn't realize it was so tall, I must of had a 9ft before I thought it was a 12ft. So funny I'm afraid of heights and was getting wabbly at the knees climbing up the ladder. We used this 12 ft tree in our entry (the tree in the back is a live tree). Of course, like with most artifical trees, you have to spend a lot of time spreading / shaping the branches so that was no surprise. What was a surprise was how nice it turned out! We got tired of purchasing pre-lit trees only to have the lights not work after several years. So we took a gamble and got this one and added our own lights. This way we don't have to worry about being stuck with a tree with only half the lights working. I just loved how it turned out. It is a slim tree but it fit the space we needed it for nicely. I just got the tree today and already put it up so I could see the quality of the tree. Although it was not bad priced for a 12' tree, it is over priced for the tree of its quality. It is just ok, I would not recommend it unless it was about $100 cheaper. It was simple to put up, although I did not have directions in the box but its a Christmas tree; put one up, put them all up sort of thing. I haven't spread all of the branches out yet but in the portion that I have completed I can tell that it will not be full at all and I will have to use a lot of fillers which is fine and expected if I were to keep it. Think of the cheap trees you purchase at the store and make it 12' and that is what you have. AND the best part is that is is very wobbly! I would be scared if someone ran into it that it would topple, not good if you have little ones running around!! I like my trees to look a little better and stable then this so its going back! ... show more

This tree is truly the best deal on the market. We have 14’ ceilings in our new house so we wanted to go big with the tree. Upon arrival, it was super easy to set up because it’s in five pieces & the branches fold down on their own. It took quite a bit of fluffing but that’s to be expected with a brand new tree. It filled out very nicely with no bald spots or weird patches. Originally I didn’t want a skinny tree, but now I’m happy we went with it because, while it certainly makes a statement, it doesn’t take up a ton of floor space. The branches are also very strong so you don’t have to worry about the weight of your ornaments causing them to bend allowing them ornaments to fall off. 10/10 would recommend! ... show more

So excited about this product, but once finally assembled, it was impossible to decorate, and very thin in some areas! It is very noticeable in front of a western window. The height fits my room perfect, but next year I will assemble the 4 (not 3) sections separately, so there is not so much ladder work. Hope you have an extra base to do this, and someone with strong arms to help. Who’s not afraid of heights. Otherwise you can’t get a tree this tall for a better price. Just be careful what you wish for. I never finished it in time for Christmas, and felt guilty that I had failed Christmas! My whole statement piece is my designer tree.
