This fixture is very attractive, however, ours sits in front of a window and I cannot figure out how to get the glass clean and streak-free. All I can see are random foggy spots or dust. I think that clear glass is nice, but not in front of a window. We plan to move it to another spot where it's not such a focal point nor is it in front of a window. I love the style of these Nathan James Leigh pendant lights. The only flaw is the glass shades run somewhat asymmetrical in weight and so they donโ€™t hang perfectly even. The Customer Service Dept was wonderful to work with and replaced the lights for me and made sure I received a new pair of lights that I was happy with! The media could not be loaded. We ordered 4 of these pendant lights. They are huge fyi. They are pretty and classy and everyone comments. The original order 1 out of the 4 the glass holes were misaligned which made the pendant light not even and ugly. We called the company they were quick to ship us a new one.
