I train for marathons on the street and on trail. I do have to take my phone out of the case, hasn't gotten wet during the rain. I like the size of the water bottles, lightweight, comfortable on the skin, and doesn't move around. The pouch holds a cell phone without its case one car key and a couple of credit cards and an ID card which is fine by me.

The water bottles are an improvement over my old Nathan handhelds (those started leaking) but the belt does not fit well. The water bottles sit out too wide, so my arms hit them. I can pull it down to my hips and it’s not as bad, but then it bounces like crazy, and starts to turn. If I try to wear the bottles to the back, it’s worse than the front, but neither is good. I like the look of it, and the pouch is great for keeping fuel, etc… but this will not be coming along for marathon training.

I have an older Nathan’s belt that came in a women’s small. This one is supposed to fit everyone and it just doesn’t. The stretchy belt means the fit it too flexible, the bottles fly out while running, and when it’s adjusted to fit a smallish woman (seriously I’m not that small, size 4), the bottles stick out of the side of my waist such that my elbow hits it everytime I swing my arms. It affects my running form and that’s not okay.

While i originally purchased this for running, I’ve found that it’s even more handy for lugging drinks for our kids while walking or hiking.

I'm 5'4" and 115 lbs. The belt was comfortable and easy to resize, but my arms hit the bottles when I tried it on even when placed at varying heights on my waist. It would probably work extremely well for someone about an inch wider than me.
