All I can say is everyone is different. Previously I had a 14in Classic memory foam queen and then a 14in Cal. King Ghost Bed. So that could influence my experience. However, I feel my experience is based mainly on the mattress itself. The bed did expand to its fullest. Packaging was as expected. Was easy to open and setup. I waited 36 hrs before using. It does recommend 48 or 72 hrs. Can't remember exactly. What I can remember is before this mattress, is my back and shoulders didn't hurt as they do now. I've had this bed for less than a month and I'm already looking for another one somewhere else. Again, this may be the best for some. I'm 6'1 and 230lbs. My girlfriend is 5'9 ??? lbs and she too absolutely dislikes the bed. If you do decide to purchase this, you may regret it. Have someone on standby to purchase it from you if don't like it. Too much bounce. I can sit at the edge of the mattress and compress it to about 2 inches. Get too close to the edge and you will roll off the mattress.
