Needed to downgrade from a bunk bed to a twin bed. Did some research and saw this particular bed frame. It's not on the expensive side, promised to be easy to assemble and sturdy, so pulled the trigger. The pieces came together in a really long box. Putting the bed frame together was pretty easy. It took about 15 minutes to assemble. It's exactly what my kiddo wanted and she loves it. My only suggestion would be to possibly find something to secure the mattress down on the frame itself. She likes to plop herself into bed which causes the mattress to move, so she ends up banging her knee on the frame which has resulted in me having to find something to secure mattress to frame. Definitely a good buy and worth the money! LOTS of storage space underneath too! ... show more

This bedframe was easy to assemble, It did NOT come with all of the hardware needed to assemble the bed frame. I just so happened to have some in the garage that fit. This twin-sized NapQueen platform bed looks great in our guest room. Love the simplicity of the metal frame. Goes great with nearly any style of decor, very versatile. The instructions were very informative and easy to understand. Each piece is labeled, so all you have to do is put them together accordingly. While it took me a little longer, I'm sure anyone who is somewhat good at building things could assemble this bed frame very fast. Final thoughts: No squeaking or any noises at all. Very sturdy. When one of my sons returned from college it set off a cascade of room swaps. While setting up a new space for my 13 year old we found the need for a new bed frame. This frame is solid, but not too heavy. Its square tubing fits together nicely and has what appears to be a nice powder coated paint. The included hardware is sufficient to assemble the frame without an issue. I was able to securely screws the well fitting pieces together with no wobble. There are enough cross beams that the frame can be used without a box spring; however, since our mattress is extra long we use a box spring for a little extra length. Once assembled the frame feels like one solid piece. With the mattress and box spring stacked it’s rather high. Not a problem for my son (who is about 6’2”) but using with a box spring may be a little high for mist folks. We are happy with this frame. I’m 250+ pounds and it easily supported me standing on it without the mattress. So I am sold on this, it’s relatively lightweight, it’s strong, and easy to assemble. Win-Win-Win. This product is a slam dunk. The twin metal bed frame is extremely sturdy and durable. The simplicity of the design and the use of high quality materials make this an excellent option for guest bedrooms, dorm rooms, or in the case of my son- the bedroom of anyone who just likes clean modern lines. The raised height allows for storage underneath which makes Mom happy. The bed is squeak-free which makes everyone happy. It also has foot inserts to help protect the carpet from contact with the metal. The frame has more than sufficient cross pieces to make for a stable surface. We are using this with only a matress in a box and not only is it stable, but its comfortable as well. It was incredibly easy to put together and was done in a flash. What more can you ask for?
