I purchased the Rogue to replace a Commercial Char Grill that was over 20 years old. I'd have purchased another, but every review I read said the quality wasn't there any longer. The Napoleon has a 15 year, bumper to bumper warranty, and got great reviews, so that convinced me. My son said it looks like a Weber, and it might be close, but Weber is made in China, has a 1 year warranty and terrible reviews. So, I love cooking on the Napoleon. The searing burner is great. No more cranking up the entire grill to sear a couple of steaks. I love the "S" wave grill grates for keeping food from falling through. The heat is very even, and great temperature control. The first grill arrived damaged, and Amazon was amazing setting up pick up and replacement. Assembly is not bad, but I'm literate, and get annoyed with assembly instructions that are purely drawings. There is no right or left to the sides, and the drawings are not great, so I did make one mistake that cost me some reassembly. I can read, so some written instructions would have avoided that. The grill is solid, the removable grease tray is easy to get to. I couldn't find the correct size aluminum drip pans locally, but (of course) Amazon has them. I'd highly recommend getting the searing burner option. I've even used it to sear a leg of lamb, which went on the grill with indirect heat. We grill 3-4 times a week, year round, so I needed a grill that held up and I believe this one will last. ... show more

Generally solid construction and design. Some nice unique features like the wave grates and infrared side burner compared to other mid-class grills. Igniter works well and burners are strong and even. Beware of poor packaging and haphazard Amazon delivery. My box came mangled with parts hanging out. There were some dented and damaged parts which made an otherwise straight forward assembly a challenge due to misalignment. I was able to get it to a functioning state, but for the price you certainly would expect better. Repackaging and sending back a 100lb product was not an option for me. Luckily Amazon customer service offered to make things right. The manufacturer should definitely improve packaging and control delivery handling. ... show more

The instructions are clear and easy to follow. When it was time to mount the main grill onto the stand I was under the impression that the grill would simply sit in place. Wrong, Some feet need to be inserted on every 4 corners and this requires precision. Well at 100lb top grill by yourself try precision! In the end, I end up bending some part and I'm mad as hell. I have amazing bend-crooked BBQ. They do say two people require for that step. So who to blame but me? RRRRRrrrrrrrr ... show more

It was fairly easy to put together and cooks very hot and evenly. The only issue I see is the infrared burner can fit only one of Costco’s two inch NY sirloins at a time. No big deal if cooking for two people but cooking for four would be a challenge. Need to fit 2 at a time. Still love everything about it! ... show more

Grill arrived with both side panels bent. Was still able to get the grill together but had to carefully bend/beat pieces back into shape in order to get everything together. Would expect better quality control or packaging to prevent this for the cost. Once together it does seem like a nice grill overall but first impression ruined the experience for me. ... show more
