Ordered this product after previous orders for another brand went unfilled since January. This product meets expectations. Sitting on the sides they fall as expected from a hybrid mattress in a box no real way to support sides. Mattress is comfortable. The biggest problem isn't with the mattress but with Amazon shipping. This mattress was for my place overseas and it took Amazon almost 20 days to ship. I have order products to the address and they always arrive with a week. When I call about this I was told delivery would be May 4 after ordering on March 5 even though this product was "In Stock" ... show more

By far the worst mattress. It took 3 days to blow up and is smaller than a regular Queen. It’s too soft and you feel like you’re sleeping right on top of your frame. It’s awkward to place and is not worth the money. I now have to buy something else just to sleep.

It was time for us to get a new mattress and serendipitously this one appeared to us like out of dream. We took advantage of a promotion that was available at the time and it arrived very expeditiously. It took very little effort to set up and our cats who can be quite finicky approved of it immediately. As soon as one night of sleeping on it we noticed that our quality of sleep improved quite a bit. It was actually quantified by our sleep tracking devices.
