there support team is horrible and will delay trying to help you and they wont listen to what your telling them they ignore it and just list the things they think will work. my controller doesn’t work which they will make you send videos of you trying to do the reset the lights over and over again, they won’t listen to the customer and try to send a replacement controller even though I’ve spent hundreds on the lights and now I’ve got a group of lights that don’t work and are just sitting in my closet. ... show more

Very disapointed for the money that was spent. Once we had the power adapter we still can get it to connect to any blue tooth so it is just stuck on a white light which is dim.

Great addition to Nanoleaf Shapes (the newer line of hexes, triangles and mini triangles... not compatible with the older Rhythm panels or the square Canvas panels), but please don't miss that this is an expansion pack - not the starter kit.     • For 100.00 the set should clearly come with the controller and plug to actually operate it.
Super disappointed as my 12 year old son was eagerly awaiting this nanoleaf LED box for his bedroom. To learn that we can’t use it until we buy a smarter kit at another 179.00 is ridiculously expensive. It was hard for me to afford the 100.00 for the set of 10 tiles. Now, my son is let down knowing he cannot use his nanoleafs. Something this expensive SHOULD include the key component to make it work!!!! ... show more

I bought these trying to make my rythm set larger come to find out they have a whole different connection piece they will connect to the new shapes they came out with but none connect to the rythem tiles which is a shame.
