I can finally wake up in the morning without my back and neck sore from my old bed. This Naiveer Cooling Gel King size 10 inch thick mattress is great although a little harder than I like. More on the harder side than the medium as advertised. I had a 3 inch foam topper on my other mattress so I put that on this one. Now it feels great! It came packaged well. Opened easily. No noticeable smell at all. Best of all it had side handles for moving!! That is so rare these days and totally appreciated. All in all, a really good mattress for the price.

This is a great medium firm mattress. Great quality for the price. The mattress came out the box easily and once the plastic was removed it pretty much expanded to the full 14 inches within 6 hours and the mattress had no smell. I had a very good nights sleep with great support for my back. I definitely recommend.

I needed a firm mattress. I especially like the idea that it had a cooling gel top however I couldn't notice any difference as I put a waterproof mattress covers on every mattress in my house. It's very comfortable when you first lay on it and the negative reviews about no support on the side really isn't bad at all and it can help you get out of bed easier. I had to return this mattress because once you settle in and fall asleep, you sink into the mattress which would be comfortable for most however it killed my back! The sunken part from your body does spring back however it softens up underneath and "hugs"you which makes my back hurt as there seems to be no support at that point. We let it sit for 48 hours before even sitting on it. We had to get it in position quickly because when we unrolled it, there was a hole in the bag so it started inflating quickly! We never noticed an odor, and the sides took a little bit to straighten out as you can see in the 2nd picture. Again, this mattress is very comfortable however it's not medium firm to me, I honestly hate that I need to return it but each morning I can hardly move because of the pains in my back. Let's see how this return goes because it would be impossible to get it back in the box it came in...
