I really enjoy this product it's been a little bit over two weeks. I do take this with a meal, it doesn't seem to upset my stomach. Also I've noticed that when I take it before workout. I seem to have more energy, being able to work out longer, muscles are a little more detailed. Also a great great benefit for me! My skin has become much clearer, not only on my face but my body. This supplement helped me tremendously. I have taken tons of different supplements in my life and adding this in the mix made all the difference.
