I've been taking this liposomal NAD+ supplement for about a month now, and I’ve definitely noticed a difference. My energy levels are more stable throughout the day, and I’m feeling a lot more mentally clear—especially in the afternoons when I usually hit a slump. What I really like about this product is the liposomal delivery system. It feels like my body actually absorbs it better than other NAD+ supplements I’ve tried in the past. Definitely works well for me. The combination of NAD+ with TMG is an important combo. It would be better to have access to NMN, but no longer avail. in the US. The liposomal NAD+ is the next best thing. The TMG helps prevent a methylation bottleneck and thus: - Reduces methylation strain - Helps maintain homocysteine balance (part of processing the NAD+) - Support liver health and detox pathways I have the energy and focus you'd expect from effective NR supplementation... so this works for me.

I have been using this for 6 months now. At first it appeared to help with energy level. Didn't notice if it helped with anything else. It is well packaged. The softgels are easy to swallow. No taste of any kind. I can't compare it to other brands, I've only taken this one. I will likely continue with this one though.
