There is no doubt this is the best keyboard ive used. And ive tried various key boards. This is a review from first day but the performance is extraordinary, its not loud and you can just swap those keys if need be. Ive seen some people say that they cant find the software but its literraly in the description and pretty easy to find it and then you just search for this model Ak966. The customization is there the only thing thats not their is the ability to have custom animation and i hope they add that to the software right now all lighting effects are pre made and the custom effect is static. If I were only reviewing the physical keyboard by itself this product is great, and I especially like the multiple stored Bluetooth profiles which allows me to quickly switch the keyboard between my personal and business computers in a single keystroke while still having an included physical connection and 2.4G wireless. However, the software from NACODEX isn't the best or most useful software out there, and I haven't touched it since the first week of owning the keyboard. I use this keyboard every day, all day. I work in IT, do programming, and play the occasional game using this keyboard and I haven't run into any major issues, it is a really pleasant keyboard to type on. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Comes with one page of English instructions that are easy to follow. USB C cable is fabric covered and not cheap plastic. Comes with a plastic cover for when it's not being used. Great starter mechanical keyboard.

I've used this as my work keyboard for the last week. Overall a really nice board, especially the sound. The gasket and 3-layer silencer plus thick PBT caps really make the Kailh/NK Creams sound as good as everyone says. People say this switch is really scratchy with stock lube but I think they're fine—but my point of reference is stock–lubed Gateron yellows which I love (I'll get to lubing them someday). Volume knob is stepped with smooth, responsive scrolling and clicking, though it's a little wobbly and the click feels a little cheap (a minor issue). RGB looks great. The channels to route the USB cord to either side (or the usual top-edge config) gives the board a clean finish. I think the driver is disappointing. You can't map the F-keys on the Fn layer—they're set to default functions which are listed in the quick-start instructions. I know this isn't a minimalist board, but I'd still expect the driver to be able to handle this. ... show more

I'm just now getting into mechanical keyboards. I'm on the computer 8hrs a day. I thought I would give this Nacodex a try, along with 5 other keyboards I bought. I appreciate the hot swappable keys and most of the options pretty standard from one keyboard to the next. Typing in all three connection modes worked flawless and it feels ok to type on (better than some others I tried). I was really disappointed in the cheap feel of it. The keyboard's plastic case is very flexible and quite light feeling compared to other keyboards in the same price range. I ended up returning this and keeping a Royal Kludge instead. ... show more

I've tried other brands off Amazon, and they were all horrible. This was actually my fourth keyboard, granted the other three were all sub $100. This is my first try from this brand and it turned out excellent! Blue tooth, wireless, and wired functionality. Wonderful smooth switches. No QC issues. Feels great, sounds great, works great. I have to get used to this style of layout, but I wanted a smaller than full sized board, but I still need the num pad (I have a job...). It's a little different, but everything I need is there. Definitely recommend this one. The cheaper ones were not worth the hassle. Some didn't sit flat, some had weirdly inconsistent switches, some had a loud screech with the rgb on... This is my first mechanical keyboard - I know next to nothing about them, but I knew I wanted one that was cute and functional. I originally wanted to get the retro color, but the awesome reviews of the cream switches made me get the green/white one. My boyfriend is surprised I got such a good one on my first try and he keeps trying to use it when he can. That's a win in my book!
