I have had Dell computers for the last 20 years. I got tired of getting junk for a high price and then customer service telling me they can't help me. This computer was a good price and had plenty of Ram and onboard storage for the price with a chip speed over 2.7Ghz. I have been using it for a couple weeks now and it has performed very well. modem has connected and transfer rates are much faster than dell that was only one year old. I did research and read reviews from other customers on this brand and computer and felt it was a low risk purchase. I am happy to say I am pleased with this computer and unable to comment on customer service as I have not had to call for anything. I am hopefull it stays that way. If that changes, I will update my review. The computer laptop is very similar in fit and looks to my previous dell computers with the exception there is no enter button to the right of the number keypad.
