Worst computer I’ve ever had. I turned it on and it immediately took over 10 minutes just to start. I had it for one day and it said the storage was already 75% full. Returned as quick as I could.

This laptop isn’t the most powerful, but it’s solid for everyday tasks. It’s enough for web browsing, emails, and light office work. This laptop is not for gaming or heavy multi-tasks. The 15.6” size of screens and ports are clearly good for me. A simple, no-frills laptop.

I have had limited use with this because I purchased this due to our "President" and his tariffs late last year as a backup before prices go out of bounds as many people have done concerning products from overseas. I have loaded the programs and it is operational. To be fair some parts such as key operation and the touchpad seem a bit cheap. However, the overall operation of the touchpad and keys are operational with no glitches. The display is sharp and clear. The keyboard is a bit funky because it is not exactly placed in the center. (it's placed slightly off center to the left). The keyboard is no different than any other computer or typewriter (remember those & carbon paper?) I was able to purchase this during the holidays extremely discounted. Approximately $390.00 with tax included. Regular price was stated at $999.00. So to end, it seems like a good deal and will update when I begin to utilize it a bit more. Knowing what I know, I would not pay $1000 for this and I should, at this point, rate it 3 stars. But that would be unfair I believe. I also purchased a 4 year protection plan, the cost of which was included in the $390.00 statement above. I believe I was able to procure this at a very reasonable price and time will tell. And you could always return it if it does not meet with your expectations. So far I am satisfied. ....... UPDATE...... This review goes down BIG TIME! This begins with me accidentally losing a cord. But it's what came after that really made me nuts. Misplaced my cord / called Amazon spoke with their automated help / then spoke with a real person/? They stated the only thing that I could do is one of two things. I could return the item, which wasn't an option. Or two, I could return the item and get a refund. Does that sound like it makes sense. The Amazon rep that helped me stated that he couldn't find any customer service / then after a couple stupid statements which were rather deserved / he then said I could contact them for you / comment / isn't that why I called you in the first place I'm thinking to myself. /Now I'm waiting for 48 hours for a message that they may or may not send. This really should go down to zero Stars. But that's not an option. We'll see how it goes.

Needed a computer for work. I needed more storage because our PCs were getting old. Anyway very happy with the storage. Whek I opened it, it updated quick and I was able to start using it right away. I didn’t even notice but it was a different color from grey so I liked that. Battery life seems to be great. Real happy with this purchase. High recommend.
