Features

  • LIQUID LAWN AERATION - Liquid aeration creates fractures within the soil and encourages greater rooting.
  • GREATER OXYGENATION - The goal of aerating a lawn is to get more oxygen, water, and nutrients into the root zone. Improving the aeration within the soil is especially beneficial to lawns that are growing in clay or compacted soils.
  • SAFE FOR ALL LAWNS - Liquid aeration can be done anytime during the growing season.
  • NO NEED TO MARK SPRINKLER HEADS - Liquid aeration covers the entire lawn. There is no need to mark sprinkler heads, invisible fences or cable lines.
  • DEEP PENETRATION - With liquid aerate the soil structure is split at a much smaller scale, allowing for deep penetration of water; roots will, in turn, follow, making nutrients available that were previously unreachable by the plant.

  • It really works!
Size: Quart
About 1/4 of my yard has always lacked the thick carpet of Bermuda like the rest of my yard due to the poor soil used by the builder. Fertilizer hasn't ever done anything spectacular for the area. I sprayed this product as directed with a backpack sprayer and watered it in. I could see the change in the grass color by the next morning. Within a few days the grass is noticeably greener and taller. I only sprayed the areas with poor soil so the line where the spraying stopped is noticeable. I will use this product again. ... show more

  • Air-8 is working
Size: 1 Gallon
It is somewhat thick, but overall there was no problem with the application. I reside in central NC that is known for its clay soil. I, however am initiating a complete lawn renovation. My soil has been tested and the results allow me to develop a good medium to begin a new and better lawn. My project is not near complete, but it all starts with the soil. I will not know until next Spring, but Air-8 will be an item I will keep in my repertoire of gardening products to amend my soil. I really need two (2) gallons. ... show more

  • Excellent Customer Service!
Size: 1 Gallon
The post office messed up my order. I contacted the Yard Mastery at 6:00 PM and before 9:00PM they contacted me back that they are looking into the issue. The next day, early in the morning, they contacted me again and by the end of the day, the replacement item was on the way. I couldn’t expect more!! ... show more

  • Pricey
Size: 1 Gallon
The soil where I live is terribly compacted so I gave this a try. I could not see any improvement in my lawn after applying per the instructions.

  • Great Customer Experience
Size: Quart
I had a question about how to apply properly. The president of the manufacturer actually had me call him. He was absolutely a proponent of the “customer first” concept.

  • It works!

Product does exactly what it says it will do. It's helped my clay soil and my bermuda has been able to thicken up.

  • Seems to be working

My dirt is softer

  • Stunningly effective at softening soil
Size: 1 Gallon
I tried this at the recommendation of a friend and was skeptical--my old lawn care company applied some kind of surfactant-based liquid aeration and they said it was better than manual aeration, but I was never sure it did anything. I have hard clay soil, and before using this product digging more than 6" deep was back-breaking labor. You'd be hacking at the clay to get just a little bit of progress. I applied Air-8 and wasn't sure what to think at first. Water still pooled at low spots in the hard clay soil. The eye-opener came when I had to dig some holes to plant trees. I drafted my brother-in-law into the project and was ready to spend hours fighting the clay for every inch with shovels, a digging bar and an augur, and to my surprise once we cut through the sod, the clay came out by the shovelful with little effort. We were done in half an hour where I thought we'd be working all afternoon. I'm not a botanist, so I can't tell you for sure if this truly leads to grass making a deeper root system or helps trees grow faster in clay soil, but if you told me it did I'd believe you. All I can say is, the previously hard clay in my lawn is now workable. ... show more
