We added white hearts, foil balls, and flowers from other listings. No issues with popping, we set it up 24 hours before party. Quality seemed good as we wrapped and twisted many together and around the hoop too. We didn’t use the plastic strip since we had the hoop. We did use the sticky dots which worked out well.

These balloons were great! I actually blow them up on accident a day earlier and they lasted. If you have to do the same I would suggest not blowing up the little ones till the day of.
