This printers is very easy to use. It was a learning curve in the beginning because it’s my first dtf printer. But customer service walked me through exactly what to do. I pretty much got the hang of it now and anytime I need help customer service is always there. Would definitely buy this printer again. The only downside is that it’s a little slow but this may be a dtf printer feature. I’m not sure because this is my first one.

We purchased the bundle which included the laptop. Jack help set up the software and had the printer running in no time!!!
